When I arrived Aleiah didn’t introduce herself but she
did point to where I was to go. I went to the service desk and stood there, I was asked by a male if I was being helped. I told him that a woman told

I told him that a woman told me to come to the desk (I didn’t know Aleiah’s name then). He then said in a condescending way that Aleiah was the person helping me (she hadn’t come in yet from the garage, she’s at my car still). Plus there was NO NAME TAG where Aleiah’s work station was, but everyone else appeared to have one. Someone that worked there stepped up to me while I’m at the service desk and put a business card next to me. I moved it aside. I’m not buying a car from this place again! Look, my car buying experience wasn’t a good one with this car dealership (and even if it was), don’t come to me trying to get money out of me when I’m trying to get my car serviced and get OUT. I’m already paying for OVERPRICED labor. Once my car is finally ready, they didn’t even wash the car! I go back in and relay this to Aleiah and her response is that she told them to… ok? Finally she takes the cat back to get washed. Over $200 spent.. simply do better! Then once I leave I receive a text with fake urgency telling me to call the dealership. This was likely from the person that had no professional decorum when I was at the dealership earlier and left his card next to me. Do better. Beyond ridiculous.

many years. They have a no appointment express lane for oil changes and tire rotations that I like. Also any work done includes an inspection of tire

why I had a check system storage warning on my 2017 Honda accord. Car didn’t get looked at until 4:30. Was told that I would not be charged the diagnostic fee if I went ahead with the repairs. The only repair that was needed was the replacement of a brunt out fuse. Which they changed but tried to charge me $231 diagnostic fee. They also tried to charge me $398 to install a window visor. There is literally a 3 minute long video on YouTube that shows you how to do that. So your telling me your charging me $100 a minute for the a job that simple. Absolutely ridiculous place and Aleiah is the worst.

I left a review on your page Monday 4/21 in regards to being charged $231 for the replacement of a fuse. I believe I was billed incorrectly and would like to be billed correctly. I was charged the price of a diagnostic because aleigha brown told me I did not go through with the service, when I did. My issue was the check system storage light was on, which was caused by a blown fuse. The tech then went and replaced the fuse and the problem was fixed. I should have been billed the price of the fuse and the instillation of the fuse which is $94.95 as that is what I was quoted for by Chris a service tech. However I was charged for the price of the diagnostic (231). I believe I should be reimbursed the difference of the two jobs which should be around $100.
