The people seem friendly, but the efficiency is garbage.
I've been in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking two hours. I know for a fact that it only takes 10 minutes for an oil change. On another

On another occasion, I had my car in for an oil change and a transmission fluid change and was quoted 3.5 hours. It took a total of 5 hours to complete. When I asked why it took so long, I was told there was only one technican working for ALL the cars. However, I knew this was a lie because I had counted a total of 3 technicians that day walking around. The amount of time it takes to do simple tasks is completely inefficient and unacceptable. Not only that, but they said that I had to pay a $50 "garage fee" that was non-negotiable. I'm sorry, but it does NOT cost $50 to recycle or dispose of parts, especially a few bottles of oil or liquid. Long story short......don't trust a dealership for quality work. They are too expensive and take too long to do anything!

Honestly, all you would have to do to make me and other people happy would be to either increase personel in the shop or to be more efficient in the shop. There is no reason why a simple oil and transmission fluid change should take 5 hours. Like I said, I know how long each of those things take. Your shop's efficiency is ridiculous. There's a reason why people don't like dealerships.
