I have been coming to Mercedes-Benz Service Center of Annapolis for years. Alex has been my advisor. He is a great person. He is always polite, nice, knowledgeable and always has my best interest. My Mercedes-Benz GLB needed replacement and repairs of the front chrome strip assembly and two front sensors and my expert advisor Alex who knows my car just as well as I do for the past three years let m the front chrome strip assembly and two front sensors and my expert advisor Alex who knows my car just as well as I do for the past three years let me know that I cant put off repairing it forever. Alex let me know that this was going to cost a little more than what I normally have been paying on average for service and to make it hurt as least as possible he set me up with a 2023 Mercedes GLB Loaner with only 1300 miles on the odometer for five days. When I picked my car up on Friday it once again looked like it did when I bought it in 2020 from the dealership! I also want to thank Chuck for filling in and setting me up with a loaner for my appointment when Alex had a day off. Chuck immediately jumped in to help me and the teamwork shown by Chuck made me feel like family and I went home knowing that I would be taken care of during the day of my appointment and that is exactly what happened. More

Alex Clothier set me up with a new loaner 2023 Mercedes GLB-250 and that allowed me to see my Medical Health care provider for the first time since I retired from the Military in 2019! Alex set up my loane GLB-250 and that allowed me to see my Medical Health care provider for the first time since I retired from the Military in 2019! Alex set up my loaner vehicle appointment 3 weeks in advance and instead of just sitting at the service center for up to 2 hours after work I was able to sign for the vehicle and immediately make my appointments getting my blood drawn. I received a text 2 hours later saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup which was lightning fast but I was on the way to my eye doctor to get my vision checked! Alex Clothier's professionalism is going to prolong my life at least another 10 years! More
