Over the production period Mike kept me updated. The car arrived and I scheduled a delivery date without any problems. Austin the finance guru was fantastic as he was 7 years ago. Mike was delightful throughout the process and bless his soul he patiently answered all of my questions and spent a good chunk of time making sure I understood the car. I take all my MBs to this dealership for service not because they do a good sales job but they have an exceptional service center. Overall this dealership is a total package. I live in the Washington metro area and I drive 100 miles to buy my MBs from this dealership as well as service them here. That should tell you about the quality of the people that work here. Everyone from the sales staff, finance department, to the clerks and cashiers have been excellent to work with. Even thought I have another MB dealer just 15 minutes from my work place, I gladly drive the 45 minutes from my home for service and to purchase my vehicles. Speaking of service, again the staff has been excellent and understanding and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. More
