They care about their customers. I have had a great experience with everyone at the dealership. I have purchased 3 cars here and from sales to service everyone has treated me well. This is our third vehicle purchase from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. This purchase along with previous purchases and service visits have played a huge role in our decision to continue with Mercedes Benz. Hagerstown. Although the vehicles are exceptional, the service we have received from the staff has been nothing short of 'top notch'. Barry, Alex and Austin are friendly and knowledgeable about the products/services they provide. The have gone out of their way to ensure questions were answered and are role models for 'customer service'. If you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz, then I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Came in to service my 2012 E350 Sedan. I was almost done waiting when I walked into the show room and saw the beautiful 2014 E350 Sport. While I liked my 2012 I wasn't really in love with it as I had previo waiting when I walked into the show room and saw the beautiful 2014 E350 Sport. While I liked my 2012 I wasn't really in love with it as I had previously always owned Sports model cars and I missed that tight suspension of the Sport model. Two weeks prior to this day I had gone into the Audi dealership at Tysons and thought that maybe I'll trade my car in for a 2014 S4 the cost was about $61,000. I told the dealer that the only way I buy a car is with no money in 100% financed. Right out of the gate the sales person said, oh you need money in the deal. I said to them not to waste my time. Anyway long story short they approved me for a deal with $16K down. I laughed, no deal. They said the reason was just too much negative equity. This by the way was the third time I had tried to buy and Audi and each time the experience was no deal, no car. Don't worry this is not an Audi story. So here it comes....as I am standing in the showroom looking at the beautiful car the person that I normally deal with was on the phone with a customer when the sales manager Rob Buchanan came up to me and asked if he could help me. I kind of laughed and said, well I like this car but I doubt you can do anything for me since I had just learned that I have too much negative equity. I jokingly told the Rob the deal I would consider, no money down, my payment to stay the same and my husband to not be needed on the title. He said let me try and he ran the numbers, he then gave me a figure that worked, slightly below the number I had given him, but still had to look at the credit. Again I said this is nice but I have absolutely no faith that he could pull it off once he pulled my credit. I have great credit but a lot off it so my score is generally a little under 700. I filled out the app and five minutes later he stuck his head out of the office and now he gave me the exact payment number I had given him and said "it's done, you are approved".....I could not believe it...I literally started shaking a bit, I was so excited. I then looked at the deal they worked up and quite frankly could not have asked for anything better. The dealership is highly motivated to make deals and the entire team is excellent. My salesperson is Wes Whetstone and he too was excellent in this process. This by the way is my second car from this dealership and I am sure it won't be my last. More

My husband and I were looking for a Certified Pre-Owned car and it had to look new. We drove to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown - just to take a look - we were impressed. As we were browsing, a friendly, smi car and it had to look new. We drove to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown - just to take a look - we were impressed. As we were browsing, a friendly, smiling, kwowledgeable, Sales Consultant, named Mike Lavrenchik, offered his assistance. I was driving the cutest C300 sport sedan within half an hour of arriving on the Mercedes-Benz car lot with Mike in the front seat and my husband in the back seat. I liked the drive and so did my husband. After Mike telling us all the advantages of this car such as: a free loaner car when needed, three months of free SiriusXM, the car expectancy of 400,000 miles - we needed just one day to think about the purchase. Meanwhile, the next day Mike being the hands-on person he is, emailed us saying he would be happy to inquire about other cars for us if we were not sold on the C300. We decided to purchase the cute C300 sport sedan from Mike, the man with the warm smile and professional car advice. Mike emailed us again the following day thanking us for purchasing our car and telling us, "everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown realizes our satisfaction is the key to their future." Mike sealed our deal with a delicious box of Mercedes-Benz chocolate candy and the assurance he would be available personally when needed - just call 866-508-8690. We drove to Mercedes-Benz on a Friday to purchase the C300 not knowing Mike was off that day. A gentleman we had never met named, Andre Taylor, Sales and Leasing Consultant, located the C300 and told us Mike would be in touch with us the next day, Saturday. Andre's unexpected help showed us this is a team-oriented business. Mike introduced us to Austin Shemon, Finance and Sales Manager. Just imagine we didn't have to go to the DMV. Austin gave us our new license plates and addressed all the financing issues with us. He also took time from his schedule to show us a dream car right next to his office, a 2012 Mercedes-Benz Roadster. Mike placed the new license plates on our car and off we went to enjoy the day and years to come in our C300. Next, I had to schedule my car appointment due to a few chips and scratches to be touched up. The kindest Customer Advocate named, Kristen Golabek, answered the telephone and told me a loaner car (one closest to my C300) would be waiting for me when I arrived. I told her my favorite color was silver - she remembered and had a new silver C300 waiting for me. We can call in the future for servicing or schedule online knowing there will be a loaner car for our use. Kristin told us to pull up to the Service Department and drive in on our scheduled appointment date - we did - I was fearful the chips and scratches might not be able to be repaired. I felt confident my car was in the right hands after meeting Alex Folz, Service Liaison. He said, "yes" to my every concern. Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown meets all of our expectations. We will recommend and direct our family, friends, and acquaintances to Mike. We look forward to years of continued business with the Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown team.
