I visited the dealership to have some equipment installed in the vehicle. The service was friendly, courteous, and professional and the price more than fair. While traveling from FL to NY we experienced a a running fan issue. We phone this dealership and spoke to a service advisor who help diagnose the problem. When we arrive at 4:30pm a mechanic was waiting f fan issue. We phone this dealership and spoke to a service advisor who help diagnose the problem. When we arrive at 4:30pm a mechanic was waiting for us, took the car in and 45 min. later we where back on the road. Also, Kristin help secure a a local hotel that would accept our dog, made the reservation for us, printed directions. We are so impressed. If we where not in a hurry to get to NY we probably would have purchased a new car. Who knows we might just stop there on our way back to Fl. I would like to think that all dealership would treat travelers this way, but, I am not sure. That being said we are very happy for the treatment we received. Hats off to all the staff. More

As always, I had another pleasurable experience at your dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had extensive work done, (brakes, rotors, etc.). I feel the price, although not cheep, was reasonab dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly. I had extensive work done, (brakes, rotors, etc.). I feel the price, although not cheep, was reasonable. When it looked as though my car would not be completed in one day, I was offered a loner car and told to not be in a rush to return it. Bring it back the next day at my leisure. The 2 ladies in the office where I paid for my work and where I received the keys to my rental car were very accommodating. Alex, the gentleman in the service dept. is so easy to work with and as he always is, very,very friendly. It is always a pleasure to bring in my Mercedes for service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Adam and Alex are always very helpful. Adam was able to keep my informed of the status of my repairs through email and was even able to send me a pdf file of the work that was requested. The caliber of service was great. They were efficient and finished the job in the amount of time and for the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. There was an incorrect price on the bill and and finished the job in the amount of time and for the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. I took my S550 in for problems with vibration. I have worked with Alex in the service department for years and he is always friendly but more important is always determined to take care of whatever compl worked with Alex in the service department for years and he is always friendly but more important is always determined to take care of whatever complaint or problem that I may have. This time it was very difficult to trace the problem but he was determiined to fix it. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process to keep me informed and was able after a lot of hard work to fix the problem. I can truly say that I have never had a service representative with any car that I have owned who is such a pleasure to deal with and so dedicated to taking care of his customers. More

Everytime I contact this dealership for work they have always been extremely accomodating and have tried to get me in, even on short notice and get the work finished.
