From the moment I walked in, Alex Lavrov went above and beyond to make sure I got the best possible deal. Alex is the kind of salesperson everyone hopes to work with — honest, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping you, not just making a sale. He listened carefully to what I needed, found the perfect vehicle, and worked hard to make everything fit within my budget. A huge thank you as well to Issa, the manager, whose professionalism and kindness really stood out. He made sure the numbers made sense and that I left feeling completely confident and satisfied with my lease. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and his team. Finally, Christian handled all the paperwork and lease contract with such efficiency and clarity. He explained every detail step-by-step, making the process smooth and stress-free — I was in and out faster than I expected! Overall, this was hands down the best car-leasing experience I’ve ever had. The entire team at Suburban Toyota made me feel valued and taken care of from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle — and recommending Alex, Issa, and Christian to everyone I know More
