Over the phone and in person, he was a great help to me in showcasing the extensive inventory, and guiding me through the proc first time car buyer. Alex was great during the process of leasing a new audi for me. I went to three different audi dealerships and was told No. I came to Alex on a Tuesday afternoon and he took care of me.
