My Wife and I Recently visited City VW to Purchase a Certified Pre-owned 2020 Tiguan SE R-Line, the Tiguan Was pristine and certified. Lazaro and Laura helped us really lock in on the perfect Tiguan as it came with every option we desired. Test drive was nice and comfortable, with a very clean interior. there was no pressure or rush during the process which was very welcoming. Once we were finalizing the paper work we spoke with Alex in Finance who was very professional but also very funny. After we explored our options for added protection and service plans for peace of mind we were able to Take our new addition home. Our sales man, Edgar was a true gentleman. He was super knowledgeable, explaining all the options available in the vehicle, and extremely patient. He worked hard to get us the best deal he could and I truly appreciate that. Manager Iryna was also very nice and warm. Neither were pushy but rather helpful. Our finance guy alex was great. I give him credit because he went above and beyond researching the transferring of our plates which was a unique situation. Overall a great team and a pleasure to do business with. Too bad not every car purchase is as pleasant as this. Great work guys!! More
