Alex was a great salesman with no pressure but a lot of hard work and patience. I was very picky about what I wanted (not black interior) but Alex kept helping me narrow my list of must-haves until he foun hard work and patience. Ellysa Gomez in the Finance Dept was so nice and, like Alex, very patient. She got me through a mountain of paperwork in short order. She also answered my many questions, some of them several times.
