He made the car buying process fun. That is saying a lot coming from a woman with zero tolerance for condescending sales guys. :) Let's face it, car buying can suck the life out of you. Mike Munden was top notch as well. Sales director. Good guy for sure! Justin in finance was awesome too! If you have a chance to meet this guy, ask him about his dinosaur of a printer. Even his printer has liked him.... for like...ever! And Kirk Pack... this guy had the best customer service skills. Took care of a couple issues on the surface of the truck and added much value to the entire experience. More

Rueben Krause made my purchase easy by listening and seeing where my priorities were and what I wanted vs what he wanted to sell me. Wrapped up the deal in a short visit and drove home happy. Follow up and ensuring I knew what all the bells and whistles did was the cherry on top. Nice work. No switches no omissions just the plain simple truth. Alexandra made buying accessories fun. Nothing was unreasonable and she was very professional. Brandon made short work of the paperwork and cut a fair deal on extended warranty. We have never bought an extended warranty before but with all of the new technology, we knew we needed it. More

After picking out what we wanted online, we met Sean to find "the car", hoping we could take advantage of the Ford savings deals during Thanksgiving. Sean found only 1 car meeting our requirement, not on the lot, but within the Metroplex. After ensuring the availability of "the car" (a loaded Ford Edge), Sean made delivery arrangements to Sam Pack in Carrollton. The entire transaction was timely and sooo easy. Brandon led us through the optimal financing deal and we had the car the next morning. Alexandra scheduled the tint and ordered the cargo accessories for us. When we we picked up the car, the tint was complete, car washed, and we were inserviced on the car details. During the overview, we noticed a small dent on the passenger door. Sean told us to come in the next week (in the morning) when their "dent guy" is scheduled. I arrived in the morning as instructed and was in/out within 40 minutes. Alexandra had the cargo accessories ready when I was ready to leave. This dealership employs great folks who are friendly and knowledgeable. The ease of the transaction was incredible and the service was top notch. More

My salesperson Alan Reynolds had my car ready to test drive, when I arrived for my appointment. He did a great job showing me the car and assisting me with purchase. His manager Jose Garcia came out to greet me prior to my test drive. The people at the dealership were very professional, polite and personable. The car was exactly what I wanted, so the descriptions and photos were very accurate. Justin in finance got me a better rate than my bank did and a great price as well. I met Alexandra for accessories. She was very nice and professional. Not at all pushy, so I got the accessories that I wanted. She was also very honest in explaining price points. It was a very efficient, pleasant experience. Not at all what I was am used to. I was out in a timely manner with the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others, and I would return for future vehicle purchases. Thanks so much for a great experience. More
