Great Customer Service I had gotten into a car accident which ended up totaling my car. This dealership works with my fiancé’s company and I love Ford so we decided to give I had gotten into a car accident which ended up totaling my car. This dealership works with my fiancé’s company and I love Ford so we decided to give this dealership a try. My fiancé’s company normally works with Kevin and he directed us to Raj for help in buying a new car. However, Raj had to get home to his child (totally understandable) by the time that I got off of work. So, Raj set up Chandler to meet with us instead. Chandler was waiting for us when we got there. He was professional, funny, and listened to what I wanted in a car. He got everything set up that I wanted (with no haggling). He even stayed hours past his time to leave just to help us. Alexandra helped me get the upgrades I wanted and went over pricing options. She was very patient with me as I decided whether or not I should get the upgrades. Michael in Finance was fantastic. He was super nice and helped me through my finance options. He was extremely knowledgeable and fast. The great customer service still has not stopped. Since I bought the car a week ago, several people have called to check in on me. Alexandra called to let me know she is waiting on my new seats and will get me scheduled once they come in. Kirk Pack called to ask me if there was anything else I needed and to thank me for my purchase. Chandler has called to check up on me and Richard Ferguson has called to see if I needed any help with all the technology in my car. Overall, I would say that this has been the best experience buying a car especially since I wasn’t having the best time after wrecking my previous car. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and the next time I need another car I will be coming back! More

This is the first time we actually drove out with the new vehicle on the same day, actually only several hours, and not have to come back to take delivery. . The phrase "What will it take to get you into a new car today?" was never spoken. We were a Car Pro VIP referral so it was obvious we came to buy, not to 'kick tires'. While the paper work was being finalized and the car was being prepped we had a very nice visit with Jose, our salesman. More
