Outstanding Experience On My First New Vehicle I've been interested in a new F-150 for about a year now. I looked at other dealerships, and knew that I wanted to move forward with my first new vehi I've been interested in a new F-150 for about a year now. I looked at other dealerships, and knew that I wanted to move forward with my first new vehicle purchase. When this year's Black Friday deals started rolling out, I was watching for Ford dealerships and what they were offering. I saw that Five Star Ford near my house in Keller had a great deal, so got up early and went to the dealership hoping to leave with a new truck. Unfortunately, they didn't seem like they really wanted my business, and weren't interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Thankfully, my uncle was in the same boat - same interest, similar experience at Five Star NRH, etc. - and got in touch with Josh Worley at Five Star Carrollton. Josh was outstanding! If not for his outstanding attitude, and effort towards customer satisfaction, I would not be in a new vehicle today and would likely never give Five Star another chance. He never tried to haggle me on the price, matched the Black Friday offer (even though I couldn't make it to the dealership until Saturday), listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find the right deal... on top of everything, he was friendly and personable! Alex Benvenuto, Brandon Matthews, and David Barragan stayed right in step, never being pushy. Simply laying out what my options were, and asking if I was interested. I would - and already have - recommended Five Star CARROLLTON (I steer people away from the NRH store) to anyone... friend, family, or stranger! It's worth the drive from the Fort Worth area - these guys seem to really get it. Thanks to you all, you've made me a very happy owner of a new F-150! More

I was not intending to buy that day, but simply to investigate the Edge and left with a brand new beautiful cherry red Titanium with 12 miles on it. Everyone was most helpful and graciouis, making this the best experience I have had in buying a car. Now that I have a few miles on the auto, I can say that they have kept their word in obtaining an after market item for me, and answered my questions about functionality quickly and accurately. I intend to use the availabale technical support for the electonics as the occasion arises. All in all this was a very good experience, and the fact that I have a great vehicle doesn't hurt either. More

Buying was exciting My wife and I bought our first new car in over 25 years and really enjoyed the experience. The event was broken into three sessions. First and intro My wife and I bought our first new car in over 25 years and really enjoyed the experience. The event was broken into three sessions. First and introduction to a salesperson, Allan Johnson, then and we gave him a list of 3 different vehicles we were interested in. He let both of us drive each one, and each time we would find a park to sit in the shade while he explained the features of that particular vehicle. After finishing the test drives we headed for home and to the car we were going to trade. During the drive home we decided which one we wanted and let Allan know. He began the paper work. When we returned we gave him the keys to our car for appraisal and within 10 minutes the sales Manager Mike Munden sat with us to explain the deal they were prepared to make. When he shared the particulars with us I knew we had a great deal as I was informed before we began our visit with knowledge. We then met for less than 15 minutes with Brandon Mathews their finance guy and signed the papers. And both he and Mike said that we had a 4 step and that was to meet with Richard who would provide technical training on all of the high tech features in our car. And he knew his stuff. We left and went to dinner and when I checked my e mail I had two e mails thanking me for our business and a call from the sales manager asking that I call him anytime I have a problem Amazing and evidently with the 0% financing they were slammed yesterday and still found time for us.....we had a blast. Thanks to the entire team Oh yeah forgot about Alexandria who we spent 10 minutes with regarding additional options that we might want. Each person had a piece of the puzzle and each knew something specific that they needed to transfer to us. Much Gratitude I may not wait another 25 years to buy our next car. Philip V.G. More

Buying Made Easy!! I have driven nothing but Ford trucks for my entire adult life, This is the first NEW truck I have purchased, and the Sam Pack team did an outstandin I have driven nothing but Ford trucks for my entire adult life, This is the first NEW truck I have purchased, and the Sam Pack team did an outstanding job. The staff is well trained, and geared to customer satisfaction. My experience started and ended with my sales associate, Carl Teachout. He was able to quickly ascertain my needs, and get the right vehicle to meet them. To personalize my truck, Alexandra Benvenuto had the right accessories, and security solutions to protect my investment. The finance was handled by David Barragan, who did the pain staking task of running through the different payment options available, and allowed me to make the choice which best suited my finances. To finish the process, it was back to Carl and delivery of my vehicle. He took the time to go through the technology and accessories unique to my truck, to help familiarize me with its operation. Overall, this buying experience was the basis of building a relationship for the future. An excellent buying experience!! I walked in with a year old car that I was upside down in and had no idea whether it was feasible to go back into an SUV or not.
