This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Reuben in less then 2 years. He sold my husband a 2015 Mustang before they were in stock. We called Reuben and told him what we were looking for in a vehicle and he presented us with all the options once we got to the dealership. He does not pressure you into buying something you do not want or need. Reuben makes buying a new car fun instead of a hassle. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to get you the deal you want. We will continue to buy vehicles from him as long as we both are around. Five Star Ford has an honest, respectful gem in Reuben Krause. More

I rated the price as Good and Not Excellent because I believe my trade-in was worth more. That is my only issue that I had to contend with. The salesman were awesome. Extra nice and great to work with. They were not pushy and felt they were honestly wanting to help me find the right car. Used to get referral fees and I understand Ford stopped that. I don't agree because my daughter sold myself and a co-worker into purchasing a new Ford within 1 day of her purchase. More

The first evening = 3 hours, second evening (finance) = > 2 hours. We scheduled a return appointment the same week for installation of tinted windows and Skylink and were told "it will only take an hour." We left the dealership 2 hours later. Despite the lengthy process we feel Five Star is friendly and fair. We will continue to do business with them. More

Great Customer Service I had gotten into a car accident which ended up totaling my car. This dealership works with my fiancé’s company and I love Ford so we decided to give this dealership a try. My fiancé’s company normally works with Kevin and he directed us to Raj for help in buying a new car. However, Raj had to get home to his child (totally understandable) by the time that I got off of work. So, Raj set up Chandler to meet with us instead. Chandler was waiting for us when we got there. He was professional, funny, and listened to what I wanted in a car. He got everything set up that I wanted (with no haggling). He even stayed hours past his time to leave just to help us. Alexandra helped me get the upgrades I wanted and went over pricing options. She was very patient with me as I decided whether or not I should get the upgrades. Michael in Finance was fantastic. He was super nice and helped me through my finance options. He was extremely knowledgeable and fast. The great customer service still has not stopped. Since I bought the car a week ago, several people have called to check in on me. Alexandra called to let me know she is waiting on my new seats and will get me scheduled once they come in. Kirk Pack called to ask me if there was anything else I needed and to thank me for my purchase. Chandler has called to check up on me and Richard Ferguson has called to see if I needed any help with all the technology in my car. Overall, I would say that this has been the best experience buying a car especially since I wasn’t having the best time after wrecking my previous car. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and the next time I need another car I will be coming back! More
