Flash always replies to my text, calls in a timely manner. He always answers my questions and if he doesn’t know then he always gets me to the right person. His attitude, integrity and professionalism is more then Five Stars in my book. My deal was emotional and hard due to a recent divorce and he didn’t treat me any different then someone that would be a “ slam dunk deal”. He was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and just a great guy with a big heart for what he does. I’ve bought serve vehicles from Five Star Ford but this was by far the best even due to my circumstances and for that I’m very very grateful for him, Justin, Tommy, Nick and Alex.
