I would have given a 1 star because my experience wasn’t the best. The person who was helping me Named Willie never updated me on anything throughout the process. I waited 4 hours and few minutes and I woul the best. The person who was helping me Named Willie never updated me on anything throughout the process. I waited 4 hours and few minutes and I would see him coming in and out helping his other clients given them an update and simply talking to them and he totally ignore me. Not to mentioned those clients came an hour after me and left faster than me. He seemed very friendly with them like he knew them and never came to me and said anything. I had to come out and thankfully a young man name Louis who saw me desperate came to me and offer me water and asked me if I was being helped. Thanks to him I was able to get updates about my car and get my car right away. Not to mentioned my car was ready and just needed someone to bring it to me. Something Willie never did. I give 3 stars bc the whole process was horrible if I was taken care by Louis I would have given a 10 star he was very attempt and very helpful. I would come back if Louis or any other staff is willing to help me. Nothing against Willie but I can tell he have a lot of favoritism and not to mentioned other service I had with him wasn’t the best. More
