Zach LeBlanc was great to work with. He took my initial cold call to verify the vehicle was available, intently listening to my questions and providing knowledgeable feedback. From our initial phone conversation, Zach put together the numbers and we had a deal. Later that afternoon I was able to come in and he had everything ready for signing and processing and had me out of the door driving home in about an hour and a half. That’s never heard of when dealing with a dealership, but Zach is so knowledgeable of the process that he can make it happen. Mr. Alexis Diaz in finance was also excellent to work with to close out the paperwork. Very helpful, proficient, and expedited that process as well….and he has a really cool digital desk to sign all of the financials. More
