Later that afternoon I was able to come in and he had everything ready for signing and processing and had me out of the door driving home in about an hour and a half. That’s never heard of when dealing with a dealership, but Zach is so knowledgeable of the process that he can make it happen. Mr. Alexis Diaz in finance was also excellent to work with to close out the paperwork.
