We were greeted immediately upon entering the dealership by Scott. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few different vehicles. Very informative and knowlegable about the characteristics by Scott. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few different vehicles. Very informative and knowlegable about the characteristics of each car and how they were the same or different. We arrived late in the evening but Scott never made us feel rushed. We were able to sit in the cars and test drive them. He texted us cost comparisons on 3 different cars and helped us figure out what was the most practical for us. We came back a few days later and Scott stayed late to help us with the paperwork and the "how tos" of all of the components of the car. This is my 3rd Acadia purchased from Crown Buick GMC! More
