I started at Harry Robinson in 2013 and am a prime example of promotion within! I started my path here as a receptionist then became the executive assistant. After my time as the executive assistant, I was honored to become the very first Dedicated Delivery Coordinator which taught me my love for interacting with our customers. I then accepted the Customer Experience Manager position in late 2017 which allows me to get to know our customers on a more personal level and be the go to person for all their automotive needs. My fiancé and I live in Fort Smith with my awesome 4 year old daughter! When I have free time I enjoy taking advantage of the awesome road bike trails Fort Smith has to offer, supporting local businesses at the Farmers Markets, and binge watching Fixer Upper! Went in to look at a car just didn't like it after I drove it he said hey we have one that would work great for you I said okay that's when the trouble started. The car wasn't even on the lot it was at drove it he said hey we have one that would work great for you I said okay that's when the trouble started. The car wasn't even on the lot it was at the detail shop few days later it returned. I work an hour away drove the car once shaked like crazy so I brought it back the next day was told by the salesmen the tires were cupped but it was ok to drive on them little more digging I found out cupped tires are very unsafe to drive on have never even heard that term. Upon on talking to them we walked arou.d my car cause I had a few concerns the hood was not straight and the drivers fender was peeling paint mind you this is a 2018 impala premiere that I just paid close to 20k for and it has a 580 car payment. They put me in a loaner and sent my car for repairs was told that the hood latches were comprised and had to be replaced along with the hood to be safe. Only question I have to that is why wait auto's should be inspected before selling to the public right? So fast forward over a month and they decide to cancel the loan I said yes please ps car is still in the shop. Put 500 down on my car they took out a 1k had to refund that it was a nightmare I will never buy a car from here again they made the car buying experience the worst I have ever had. I would feel safer going to a tote a note lot then buying from here. I still have a 21k open loan for this car so I can not buy another one till they decide to get this settled. Have called twice and of course no call back. If you have another choice to buy a car use it. More

Great service/sales until they get you to sign then after you sign and buy the Service is HORRIBLE you cannot even get people to call you back. After spending money on a new vehicle you would think that the you sign and buy the Service is HORRIBLE you cannot even get people to call you back. After spending money on a new vehicle you would think that the service and how they treat their customers after the sell would be at least satisfactory. We have purchased 4 new trucks in the past with different dealerships everything has been fine even the "after care". This was the first GMC the most expensive truck with Harry Robison and it has been the absolute worst experience we have ever had. More

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Buick Enclave from Harry Robinson. Our salesman was Rodney Jackson, who is the best I have ever dealt with. Honest and hard working! I just had the absolute WORST experience with Colton Montgomery the Service advisor from Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I came in yesterday to see what was wrong with my breaks. They had me wait an hour and Montgomery the Service advisor from Harry Robinson Buick GMC. I came in yesterday to see what was wrong with my breaks. They had me wait an hour and THEN told me it was a leak in an axle and it would take them about 2 hours to fix if I wanted it done.He said my warranty would cover $800 of it and I would hAve to end up paying about $200. I wasn’t able to get it done yesterday so I scheduled an appointment for today at 10 am to get it done. They had given me a timeframe of 2 hours. It is now 2:48in the afternoon and I am still here no updates or ANYTHING. Hunter Means comes out to update someone else about their car and doesn’t even acknowledge I’m sitting there. So I ask him how everything is going with my truck. He tells me he will go check and let me know. After waiting 30 min, I finally go and check on what’s Going on and he said he was finishing up the paperwork. He’s gonna tell me I have to pay $365.00 out of pocket! Idk what changed from yesterday but if it’s such a drastic change in price, they should have at LEAST given me an update or options or SOMETHING. Then I got to talk to Alexis Brown and she helped straighten everything out. I’m so happy she was there to help us with a very stressful situation More

No Pressure Buying!!! Harry Robinson Buick GMC made my last vehicle-buying experience the easiest by far! Alexis Brown directed me to the most helpful and friendliest sale Harry Robinson Buick GMC made my last vehicle-buying experience the easiest by far! Alexis Brown directed me to the most helpful and friendliest salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was not pushy and took his time to work with me despite my shortcomings. The service during the sale process was amazing as well. Adriana Burton came in to explain the On-Star service and took us out to show us how to use every feature that came with our vehicle. She took her time and answered our questions with the most serious regard to our experience. I was honestly nervous about meeting Mike Hesson from the Finance department. I was worried for nothing because Mike was not pushy at all. He did not try to coerce me into buying any extended warranties and I respect a dealership that takes their customer's wishes and answers seriously. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. All-in-all this was by far the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend working with Alexis, Brent, Adriana, and Mike to anyone looking at purchasing with them. You will not be disappointed! More
