Worst in class service This dealership provides its customers with the worst in class service. I may as well have purchased a used lexus from a hialeah mom and pop dealership and probably received better, personalized service. Aside from our sales guy, Wayne, everything else was bottom of the barrel service. From the receptionist, to the service desk, no one felt like doing their job to the minimum expectations. The lease returns / used car department is probably the worst excuse for a "luxury" car company to be in association with. The lease return manager Johanna which is not listed as an employee does not return calls, sounds constantly annoyed, disgruntled with life, and simply miserable. Her manager, Alfred was not easy to deal with either as any piece of information is like a dentist prying a perfectly good tooth, PAINFUL! Every step of the way is a hassle and will never visit this dealer again, and maybe even the brand. More

The salesman, Alex, was knowledgeable and very accommod I had the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience this summer at Lexus of North Miami. The salesman, Alex, was knowledgeable and very accommodating. When I mentioned wanting a red car, he offered his own Lexus for me to buy!- even had me test drive it. I would definitely buy from them again! Everyone else at the dealership was also extremely helpful and accommodating.- including the manager Alfred who went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. Great experience ;) More
