Getting this car was a mission, luckily when I was about to give up I met Maria Morrone and there was hope again. Wasn't a perfect experience buying this car but Maria was phenomenal and showed perfect cust to give up I met Maria Morrone and there was hope again. Wasn't a perfect experience buying this car but Maria was phenomenal and showed perfect customer service. She made sure that we didn't leave without getting us the best price and incentives with it. Also want to give Reinaldo Berroa and Q from finance a shout out. Thank you for making the deal happen Reinaldo and Q for staying late and being professional. I couldn't be any more happy! I went few days ago to Lexus North Miami dealer as I live near, just with the idea to look at a car I love with plans to maybe buy at the future.. To be honest I never thought I will comeback home 2 hours after, driving my dream car! Thank you to sales man Alex for your good attention and patience, thank you to sales manager Alfred for doing your best with the trading of my previous car, and thank you Robert for finding the best lender with a great rate for my car financing, best team! Definitely Toyota / Lexus are the best quality /price cars, no just cause I say it, it's all about statistics.. The whole transaction where clear with not tricks or bad surprises like at other dealers. You guys will see me back in few years for my next car. Thank you!!! More
