They promised me the car was in a 100% condition before I flew down. When I got there the vehicle had a Broken Grille, Bent Wheel, Bent Wheel Hub, scratched Bumper. Missing fender liner. Not a “Good Deal” as they mentioned. Horrible customer service! Ohh and not to mention the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Which there should have been a 160 point inspection on the vehicle before customers drive a car that has issues. We negotiated another 500$ off for the grille. Not knowing the wheel was bent until 30 mins into the drive home. I called “Alfred” who acted like a complete A**hole over the phone. He mentioned for me to send the wheel back to Lexus Of North Miami after I put the spare tire on for a 10 hour drive. I sent the wheel back once i reached home to Alfred per discussing that he would send me a brand NEW WHEEL! He ended up sending me another damaged wheel that had curb rashes on. Called him back to discuss the problem. He started yelling at me over the phone that he did not promise a new wheel! Completely bad experience. I HOPE EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE. Never had an experience with a Lexus dealership like this before. You should Pay another 1000$ elsewhere then do business with these crooks! More

Unique to any other more than excellent So I drove in on 2/12/19 for a routine rotation and oil change but decided to look around while I waited. One of the managers a Mr. Upset ask me what was my purpose for coming and how I was treated at service. He personally showed me a couple of vehicles that were new arrivals back from lease. To my surprise we found the perfect valentimes day gift for my wife on the third floor. He then called in a staff member to assist and in no time at all I was sitting with the coolest guy in the world at finance. By the time my old car was brought around from service I was waiting to transfer my personals to the new one . So to make a long story short I looked like a héroe when I gave my wife her early valentines present . These guys are a true asset to NM Lexus.. blessings to all.. More
