Be clear on what you are negotiating! Thought I was negotiating a price on a vehicle from their online inventory. Had an out the door price, only to find out that, even though the descrip Thought I was negotiating a price on a vehicle from their online inventory. Had an out the door price, only to find out that, even though the description of the car I was negotiating said certified, that they would not honor the certification because we 'negotiated' a price. Really? What dealership advertises a certified vehicle, works up a price, and then says, by the way, we will not certify this vehicle since we negotiated. NOT TO MENTION, the salesperson I worked with neglected to tell me this detail. It was the director of internet sales who told me only when I had to resort to calling him to get interior pictures (after asking for 3 days). I was given the 'Ma'am, I am the director and it doesn't matter what the breakdown of the price is if you have an out the door price.' Well, let me tell you I am the paying customer, and if the paying customer asks for a breakdown of the price, you give them a breakdown of the price. I don't care if you are the director or the POTUS. I only had to call the director because the salesman didn't deliver within a reasonable amount of time (3 days!) Very disappointed. More

My car was not up to a certified standard and the used car manager refused to repair it. He instead humiliated me and booted me out of his office in front of a group of people. Even your reception staff suggested i contacted the owner for the dealership. The saleman Jason never followed through after confirming in a phone conversation that the car should have been fixed because its certified. He too started ignoring my calls. Really unprofessional team. Not a good experience. The insurance guy was awesome. More
