One of the managers a Mr. Upset ask me what was my purpose for coming and how I was treated at service. He personally showed me a couple of vehicles that were new arrivals back from lease. To my surprise we found the perfect valentimes day gift for my wife on the third floor. He then called in a staff member to assist and in no time at all I was sitting with the coolest guy in the world at finance. By the time my old car was brought around from service I was waiting to transfer my personals to the new one . So to make a long story short I looked like a héroe when I gave my wife her early valentines present . These guys are a true asset to NM Lexus.. blessings to all.. More

Be clear on what you are negotiating! Thought I was negotiating a price on a vehicle from their online inventory. Had an out the door price, only to find out that, even though the descrip Thought I was negotiating a price on a vehicle from their online inventory. Had an out the door price, only to find out that, even though the description of the car I was negotiating said certified, that they would not honor the certification because we 'negotiated' a price. Really? What dealership advertises a certified vehicle, works up a price, and then says, by the way, we will not certify this vehicle since we negotiated. NOT TO MENTION, the salesperson I worked with neglected to tell me this detail. It was the director of internet sales who told me only when I had to resort to calling him to get interior pictures (after asking for 3 days). I was given the 'Ma'am, I am the director and it doesn't matter what the breakdown of the price is if you have an out the door price.' Well, let me tell you I am the paying customer, and if the paying customer asks for a breakdown of the price, you give them a breakdown of the price. I don't care if you are the director or the POTUS. I only had to call the director because the salesman didn't deliver within a reasonable amount of time (3 days!) Very disappointed. More
