He made sure we were familiar and comfortable with the systems and features of the GLE 350 before we left the dealership. In addition, he invited us back at a future date for "refresher" training. Mr. Allen Belcher, the finance manager explained all the necessary forms in detail, and made sure we understood all the maintenance, roadside assistance, and other inclusions in the purchase price. SO after a long period of looking over three brands, the Genesis 90, Mercedes Benz E 450, and Tesla S, I decided on the Mercedes. I might add that this was my 3rd Benz. I sought out Sales Consultant Brian Sturgeon because of few other Benz' owners had told me how good he was. Brian was very patient with me - no pressure - which I greatly appreciated as I drove several E class models and discussed the many car options available - - all over a six month period. Brian was professional and took lots of time to discuss the car and options! Other dealerships called me often and gave me the usual "hard sell" -- not Brian! I ended up buying a fully loaded E 450 from Brian and Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Best decision I ever made! The car is just like the ads' state: "The Best or Nothing"! I had a minor electrical issue after Day 3 BUT it was fixed to my complete satisfaction and required nothing more than a re-boot of the system. The service staff, especially Alex Clothier and his peers, were truly interested in solving the problem and they did! Would I recommend Brian - you bet!
