Upon arrival, the car that fit my needs based off my phone conversation was parked out front. My personal sales guy, the sales manager, the receptionist, the finance manager, and even people who weren't working with me were so friendly and helpful. I will recommend this dealership to others! The last time that I have been in a car dealership was 20 years ago, so I was very stressed when my old car broke and decided to buy a car that we never even drive before. Andrew Gallagher has made the buying experience such a smooth and joyful moment. He made things happening very quick and very patient to explain everything to a new buyer like me. I wish I had not stressed myself out before stepped into the door, but I know I have forgotten all that when I was driving the new car home, thanks to Andy's great help and pleasant experience with finance and management as well. James Holthaus guided us through the process with professionalism, respect, and humor. He made sure we were familiar and comfortable with the systems and features of the GLE 350 before we left the dealership. In addition, he invited us back at a future date for "refresher" training. Mr. Allen Belcher, the finance manager explained all the necessary forms in detail, and made sure we understood all the maintenance, roadside assistance, and other inclusions in the purchase price. All in all, the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

I received a call from Natalie last week to remind me that our car was due for the 30,000 mile service. She let me go on and on about how pleased I was with the car and that I smiled every day when I got into it. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive! THANK YOU!!! More

The sales and service staff are the best! SO after a long period of looking over three brands, the Genesis 90, Mercedes Benz E 450, and Tesla S, I decided on the Mercedes. I might add that this was my 3rd Benz. I sought out Sales Consultant Brian Sturgeon because of few other Benz' owners had told me how good he was. Brian was very patient with me - no pressure - which I greatly appreciated as I drove several E class models and discussed the many car options available - - all over a six month period. Brian was professional and took lots of time to discuss the car and options! Other dealerships called me often and gave me the usual "hard sell" -- not Brian! I ended up buying a fully loaded E 450 from Brian and Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Best decision I ever made! The car is just like the ads' state: "The Best or Nothing"! I had a minor electrical issue after Day 3 BUT it was fixed to my complete satisfaction and required nothing more than a re-boot of the system. The service staff, especially Alex Clothier and his peers, were truly interested in solving the problem and they did! Would I recommend Brian - you bet! Would I recommend the Mercedes Benz of Annapolis dealership - you bet!.... Barry Scher, Annapolis, Maryland, More
