if you are looking for reliable cars, fair prices and honest answers this is definitely NOT the dealership you want to do business with. The quality of the vehicle does not reflect the price!! I am very honest answers this is definitely NOT the dealership you want to do business with. The quality of the vehicle does not reflect the price!! I am very disappointed I ever did business with this dealership. I went to get a used car and never imagined that I would have to take car to the shop days later after purchasing the car. no wonder the salesman asked me to turn around after less than two minutes of test drive and I was asked to sing a sale as is document. I brought all my concerns to (Alliona Carroll, Ondra Calvert, Jacob Rosales) attention and their only solution was to put me in a more expensive car and close to sixty thousand dollars in debt. the car did not have a spare tire, has a grinding sound while driving and turning the wheel, when it hits a bump the grinding sound gets worst, the car alarm does function properly and the key I got from them is missing the top portion. they even had the courage to try to charge me close to four thousand dollars, according to them it was a fee for the maintenance of the car. Alliona Carroll assured me I would get the car at a great deal well now I am spending my own money and time trying g to get this car to run safely and properly. Once they realize I wasn't going for their sales pitch all I got was rude faces and I was told there was nothing they could do for me. worst business deal I made by far and a very negative impact in my finances. Talked with the sales manager about a Honda Accord Sport 2.0t they had available. The general manager sent me a email for a appointment. I arrived at the dealer about 2 hours before my appointment. Spoke wi 2.0t they had available. The general manager sent me a email for a appointment. I arrived at the dealer about 2 hours before my appointment. Spoke with some person about my appointment. This person stepped inside. A few minutes pass. Person steps out and tells me the vehicle I had a appointment for was sold. Frustrated and Upset!! The lack of disrespect to not notify me. Had to waste my gas and drive almost 2 hours away from my home. With nothing in return. Terrible More
