I had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase a 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor from this dealership. I spent much of the morning working with a salesperson, and we agreed on the deal terms. We were finali 2025 Ford Bronco Raptor from this dealership. I spent much of the morning working with a salesperson, and we agreed on the deal terms. We were finalizing the shipping arrangements, which I was prepared to cover, when I was told a deposit had been placed on the vehicle and the finance manager was holding it for another buyer. The dealership had been actively working through the purchase with me, but I was not given clear notice that someone else could take the vehicle while we were finalizing the details. The result was that I lost the opportunity to buy it after investing hours in the process. I understand a vehicle is not guaranteed until a sale is completed, but the communication and handling here were unacceptable. The dealership should have been upfront about the other buyer before continuing negotiations as though we were moving toward a deal. I would not do business here again. More

This body shop sucks. I do not recommend, they had my car for 3 months and when I got it back the need me to bring it back in for something they couldn’t do in 3 months!?! The repairs to my car were terrible for 3 months and when I got it back the need me to bring it back in for something they couldn’t do in 3 months!?! The repairs to my car were terrible, subpar at best. I had to call for updates, they never called me. When I did call them the never had an answer for me and had to “give me a call back”. When they gave my car back it was dirty… unacceptable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. More
