It was a pleasure to buy my car at Honda of Kenosha and with the Auto Butler my car still looks like new. I recently upgraded my leased 2023 CR-v hybrid to a 2025 CR-v hybrid after receiving several emails and letters from Honda promising incentives. When the salesman Kenny and I agreed upon a down payment and CR-v hybrid after receiving several emails and letters from Honda promising incentives. When the salesman Kenny and I agreed upon a down payment and monthly payments I waited about 3 hours to sign paperwork with Amos. He advised me that I could pay my taxes for the 36 month term of the lease up front or roll the taxes into my monthly payments. If I were to roll them into my monthly payments it would increase my monthly payments by the 5.5% (Kenosha tax rate). I had never heard of this before so I asked Amos to explain it to me again and he repeated what he said a second time. I chose to pay my taxes up front to the penny of the 5.5% x 36 months and advised him I would be in the next day to make this payment in which I did and I received the contract. Upon doing a thorough review of the contract, it did not correspond with anything Amos advised me of regarding the taxes. I called Honda Kenosha trying to resolve this issue and all I received was “I apologize if I did not explain it correctly”. I love Honda the brand but hate this dealership and will never purchase from them again. This was my third deal at Honda Kenosha and the lack of transparency and integrity closing this deal was absolutely egregious. More

Overall experience was very disappointing. Thousands of dealer extras heavily pushed in the sale of the vehicle as well as lying about approved interest rates and set payments which wasn’t unt Thousands of dealer extras heavily pushed in the sale of the vehicle as well as lying about approved interest rates and set payments which wasn’t until many hours later when finally in front of the finance manager. It made for a very frustrating and horrible experience. Very untrustworthy. More

I started communicating with aron probably a year ago when i was just entertaining the idea of a new car. I found arron to be a laid back no pressure salesman and when i left that day i decided that this when i was just entertaining the idea of a new car. I found arron to be a laid back no pressure salesman and when i left that day i decided that this is the kind of person i wanted to work with. So when the offer came up with 0% financing then I decided to deal with arron and honda of kenosha. He made the whole experience of buying a car so easy and no stress and i sure do appreciate that. Then i delt with finance dept and they also continued that easy enjoyable experience and that includes the cashier. Looking forward to see how service dept is in near future. Thanks to all involved!
