I just leased my new 2 series from Chris Tienken and I was really impressed with the level of service. Last year he walked me through the process of buying out my lease because supply chain issues made th was really impressed with the level of service. Last year he walked me through the process of buying out my lease because supply chain issues made the car I wanted temporarily unavailable. Once it started being manufactured again, Chris helped me order the exact car I wanted and then helped me sell my car back to bmw and lease the new car. It was complicated, but he really made the process feel pretty easy. I hope I get to work with him again when my lease is up in 3 years. I completed the finance paperwork today with Anderson Cherilus. He answered my questions and made signing everything as quick and easy as possible. Great experience. Thank you. More

Jeremy was excellent to deal with. 5 hrs to get deal completed is well over the time anyone should be there. Especially having an 1 1/2 hr ride that ended up being 2 1/2 hrs to get ba 5 hrs to get deal completed is well over the time anyone should be there.
