The downfall of this whole experience, is that in the months leading up to me finally leasing a new vehicle, I spoke with so many people, and had to explain myself over and over again, even though everything was documented. Also, there was not much follow-through other than Josh R., he was awesome! I was contacted very often by the Internet Sales Team, always different people, and I would get my hopes up, and come in, (the dealership is not close to my home either) thinking I might be able to get a deal, and no luck, until Josh! Thank you. Next time I need a vehicle, I can see myself coming back to him! More
