To Whom It May Concern: Hello, my name is Alexander and I would like to share with you this story. On my day off as my girlfriend needed a car, we had decided to go to her usual place where her and her family always buy cars. She only wanted a Honda CR-V, nothing else. The place was Boch Honda. As we had sat there, I had received my normal, routinely follow-up call from Alyssa Baril that my 2012 Toyota Camry was due for an oil change. This made me think of my friends at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. Now, since my girlfriend only wanted to buy a Honda I had told that to Mr. Dan Bortolussi, who had right away told me to call Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and promised me that they would meet or beat the deal. Sure enough, after speaking with Mr. Chris Carima we had left the Boch store and went on our way to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough to see him. As we were driving there I had once again received a call back from Mr. Dan Bortolussi, who had told me that they have amazing deals on Toyotas and they were so good that I had no other choice to go and see what they had to offer. As soon as I got to Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, my girlfriend had already made it to the Finance department and was sitting down with Mr. Adam Tremblay at Honda of Westborough, who had, by the way, called me without me taking extra measures, to let me know not to worry that my girlfriend will be in good hands and everything will go smoothly and will be easy. As soon as I stepped my foot through the door at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, my sales person, Mr. Andi Xhacka and his manager Mr. Shawn Merrick greeted me at the door and pointed me in the direction of my new vehicle which had already been prepped and parked outside for me to test drive. The car drove awesome but the best part about it was when I came back from the test drive, Mr. Andi Xhacka had everything ready. After speaking with Mr. Shawn Merrick in the finance department I was in heaven as my paperwork was so easily approved and done on time. He was amazing. Thanks once again Herb Chambers and thank you for making me feel as a part of a family instead of just like a customer. I will always return back to your stores and I can only hope that within most or all of them I will find a general manager who is always going an extra mile for every customer such as Mr. Dan Bortolussi, of Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. He made it all happen for us once again. I will be sending him everyone I know More

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I went to the dealership uncertain on what kind of vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she is very hard to please, on arrival we were greeted by Imad Beneikour who made us feel welcome and at home show us to a seat and brought us some hot chocolate and coffee FREE OF CHARGE!!!!, and assured us that we would be taken cared of by the best of the best thats when we meet Andi Xhacka who was a pleasant surprise one of the nicest guys i meet sat me down and educated me on everything i need to know about the vehicles that interested me from top to bottom even the plus and negatives and went on multiple test drives with me with no hesitation till i found the vehicle i fell in love with which was already mark at a xxxx of a good price he assured me that he could do better then any other dealership the entire time he was helping me he was always making sure everything was ok with mom which ment the world to me and her herself was very please thats untill she stumble upon a vehicle that she also like and Dhimitri Lako so pleasantly model to her and wowed her on everything then we went back inside to wrap up the deals not on one vehicle but 2!!!! upon entering the building we ran into Mr. Kennedy Lidonde who i had the pleasure of sharing a few laughs especially when Tony Bonillia and Micheal Demers came and join in on the fun then we got to business with mike who actually wowed us even more and gave us better numbers then before for both mine and Andi deal and Dhimitri and my mothers deal we bought on the spot couldnt refused those numbers, i know you guys are reading this and thinking wow what a trip at a dealership but thats not all the cherry on top we got to meet the man in charge himself Daniel Bortolussi who i am honor to say you will never find a man like that anywhere just a great guy with a xxxx near perfect organization who is run to t on how his personality is just excellent Herb if you see this just know your dealership in auburn has be bless by god himself to have such wonderful people and service i was honor to buy a car from them and my business and my entire family business will foever be kept at auburn if your reading this and decide to shop else where there is something seriously wrong with you best dealership hands down thank you guys for everything ill see you guys soon for my check up More

After searching the internet for a particular Toyota we found it at Herb Chambers Auburn. We immediately called and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Upon arriving we were greeted by a young man na found it at Herb Chambers Auburn. We immediately called and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Upon arriving we were greeted by a young man named Andi Xhacka. We could tell that Andi's mission was to make our car buying experience a good one. . . and that he did!! Andi gave 150% effort in helping us find the model/color we wanted (even having one brought from the Boston dealership), painlessly negotiated a price (including our trade-in), and when our deal was made, he actually came out to our new car and sat with us to give instructions on all the new features. During negotiations, we also had the opportunity to speak with Dillon (sales manager) who was just as helpful and pleasant. This is our second Sequoia purchased at this dealership. We would recommend anyone who is seriously looking for a vehicle to visit. You won't be disappointed. More

Mike and Andy are awesome! I went into Herb not knowing if I could afford a new car. I had a 2001 Jetta that I was going to junk after it broke dow but instead, Mike and Andi gave me a great trade in and e if I could afford a new car. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They knew I wanted a Corrola S and got me to the price I wanted quickly and easily. They also gave me a rental no questions asked while they had my car transferred. Overall I had a simple, quick, stress free experience at Herb in Auburn. Mike and Andy were professional and thoughtful. It also doesn't hurt that they are both very easy on the eyes. I'm just saying ladies! I would recommend Mike and Andy any day and am obsessed with my black 2011 Corrola S. I got a great deal with affordable monthly payments! More
