Very informative, no preasure, giving me options and varieties, very patient with my husband, who was with me - all these qualities you see very seldom in the young generation. But Marc has them all and many more. The whole process did not take more then 2 hours and I left home on my 2016 Barcelona Red Toyota Corolla. If I could do it - youcan do it, too. With a very busy schedule, Andy made time to meet with my wife and I on short notice. Andy greeted us on time and gave us his undivided attention. Once Andy knew what we were looking for, he showed us several options that were in our budget. He introduced us to Tom Murray who showed us the cars and explained all the features. Tom's knowledge of Toyotas is exceptional and so was his care. He was patient and wanted to make sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. He then introduced us to Jared who expedited the financing. Not one of them missed a beat! It was the most exceptional experience that we have ever had over the past 20 years of purchasing Toyotas! This will be the place we call home for our future Toyota purchases. More

I found the laid-back approach refreshing and not pushy at all. I was on a tight timeline and they got me in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. Andrew Toyota-Scion Stands Head and Shoulders Above All ! I bought my first car in 1966 from East Side Chevrolet (now defunct) as are many of the other dealers that I purchased cars from in the last 49 years I bought my first car in 1966 from East Side Chevrolet (now defunct) as are many of the other dealers that I purchased cars from in the last 49 years (i.e. Rank & Son). My last purchase a 2003 Toyota Echo has been serviced by them since I purchased it brand new in 2002 . Their service has been so good that my Echo runs as good as the first day I drove it off their lot. Although I would love to buy a new Toyota, I find it almost wasteful to give up a perfectly good running car that has served me well for 14 Whitefish Bay winters ( cooler & more snow by the lake ) ! Their service area is so accomadating and comfortable that I always wait for my car rather than partake of their free shuttle service. They have free soft drinks and gourmet coffee while you wait. My next new Toyota will definitely be from Andrew Toyota. Although, it may be another 14 years before I need one. More
