Closing the deal was quick and simple. No hassle, no haggle. I had my deal set when I walked in the door, didn't have to sit there for five hours with the "let me take this to my manager" stunt most dealerships pull. Would definitely recommend. More

A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!........and then....UPDATED!!!.. I came in to Hyundai of St. Augustine after putting in inquiries at a total of 4 places. I received an email from 3 places but your dealership not on I came in to Hyundai of St. Augustine after putting in inquiries at a total of 4 places. I received an email from 3 places but your dealership not only had a salesperson email and call but you, the owner also emailed. I got a call from Greg StClair not even a few hours after putting in my inquiry. Considering my situation it was like a lifeline. I was so thankful but honestly a little nervous because from past experience and just from what I hear that car sales men are very pushy and will do anything to get a sale. That was everything but true at Hyundai of St. Augustine!!! My first intuition when I found out he was calling from a dealership was to politely let him know I appreciate his call but get off the phone ASAP. Greg even on the phone genuinely empathized with my situation and made me feel at ease from the get go. After speaking with him that evening I came in at 8:45am the next morning. It took a while by no fault of yalls own but I drove out in a brand new car at around 4:30pm. You guys were so accommodating and made me feel so welcome and at ease. I wasn't bombarded by every sales man but greeted by everyone and helped by the best staff. Thank you guys so much for making this not only a memorable experience but a wonderful one. I will definitely be referring others to your specific dealership because I know they will be treated right. A very pleased customer ........................... I sarted getting calles from Eddie Brooks that seemd somewhat profesional but not making much sence. He said because I had lost my posistion that I could not keep the car and needed to bring it back. I had been rearended by a semi and had to finance that car to get back to work. I did loose my posistion due to being sent to the ER after being back on the clock and needed to accept treatment. Times were increadably tough but I called a week and a half or so before my payment was due to make a payment and was told that they did not have record of me even having a Hyundai. My life had been turend upside down at this point but I had to accept some treatment and get a new job that I was able to do. I lived on campus so I not only lost my job I lost my home. That week I secured a new position but to make a very long story a little shorter had started getting harrassing phone calles from Eddie Brooks from his personal cell. I had to calm him down to and try to make some sence of what he was trying to get accross. We (Eddie and I) had come to the agreement that if I got the new position to send over verification of my status that he could put the loan through again. (The loan that I was told had already gone through and that is the only reason i could drive the car off the lot) My new posiotion was going to send verification as soon as I was put on the pay roll the following week. that fit in the timeline that Eddie and I had agreed on. a few days later an armed ditective shows up at my cousins door to REPO the car. With my son and cousins there and the detectve just diung his job and not totaly awear of the situaton I ask for time to cean it out and give them the keys. The detective told me i could pick up my down payment at the dealership. I had to call my new job and tell them Icouldnt accept it then. The dealershi has refused to give me the down payment because they had to pay the repo man and the car had two many miles. Basicly because Eddie Brookes could not or would not do his job I couldnt accept mine and have been totaly mistreted by this dealership. An extreamly missuesd and betrayed former customer. More
