Andrew Gonzalez was informative and very helpful when we purchased our vehicle. However, when we reached out to him, via text, a week later regarding a scratch and the status of our FOB key, he texted us ba purchased our vehicle. However, when we reached out to him, via text, a week later regarding a scratch and the status of our FOB key, he texted us back the following day. He said that he sent our message to the paint specialist, who will be in the following day. To date, we haven't heard from Andrew, or the paint specialist, or the status of our FOB key. My husband then reached out to Customer Service and was referred to Melissa. He spoke with Melissa on 1/29 regarding the scratch and she said she will call him back. To date, we haven't heard from her either. We are really happy with our new vehicle and our experience in purchasing the vehicle was great. However, we are very disappointed with the treatment we are receiving from the people we have communicated with. We were really hoping to keep the "good feelings" towards Andrew and Toyota of Lancaster after our purchase, but we feel as though once our check was cashed, customer service is no longer a priority. We hope this is not the case and your company will honor your customers with priority so we can, once again, feel good about choosing your company, over other dealerships, for purchasing our vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew to get a new car. I came in not in the best mood after dealing with another uncooperative dealership in Santa Clarita.
