After getting my car diagnostics and the recommendation to trade in my car for a new one, searching around for a car a liked started as a challenge, but a challenge accepted nonetheless. Shortly after submitting information on the trade in value and the interest on a particular vehicle, the specialist was very quick to call me for follow up. Currently I will be seeing the dealership next week to try out some vehicles to see which one works for me and go through financing options. More

Express Service The service was polite and efficient. The time to complete the service was appropriate. The pricing model for an Express Service is confusing. I ma The service was polite and efficient. The time to complete the service was appropriate. The pricing model for an Express Service is confusing. I made an online appointment. I was directed to make 5 choices as to the types of service I wanted. I made 5 choices, but an estimated price was never provided, so I asked for a call from the dealership. They returned my call and said it would be $105. I ended up paying $135 with an additional cost for an air cabin filter that I gave permission to replace. I just would have liked to have known what the pricing model was and what I would expect to pay. Other auto sites I’ve used provide estimated prices. More
