The actual service on my Mini Cooper has been terrific! I’m well pleased. My issue is communication with the service department. It takes Repeated calls, sometimes over several weeks, for someone to even I’m well pleased. My issue is communication with the service department. It takes Repeated calls, sometimes over several weeks, for someone to even respond! I leave message after message and can not speak with our service coordinator. When I am at the dealership everyone is very attentive. Then added service is determined and parts need to be ordered but then 3+ weeks will go by and I can’t speak to anyone to get information! Our original service contact rarely gets back to us so I’ve tried another coordinator and it’s the same response. Very frustrating. More

I still own two 2018 BMW’s for six years from Galleria BMW and have had nothing but good experiences with the service department. I have 90,000 miles on my X5 with only routine maintenance performed. I will purchase again from Galleria because of the service department and the base dependability of the BMW cars. More
