While we did have a bit of a parts delivery/communication snag, Andrew (and Cody) took ownership and, in my opinion, did their very best to rectify the situation as expeditiously as possible. BMW Westlake overall has impeccable service. It started the minute I pulled in and was greeted at the door until the moment I left the cashiers window. Andrew specifically has been wonderful to work with on what has been a challenging ordeal for me, frankly due to very bad guidance from a local mechanic. Service specialists were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long. The first maintenance I had performed, I received a video text from the tech and also a complete breakdown of the stat I did not have to wait long.
