Another great sales experience with this dealership. I recently purchased my 6th new Accord. Larry was very knowledgeable about the new technology available in the new models and helped me select the car recently purchased my 6th new Accord. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to figure out how to do things but with his help and some practice, there was nothing to worry about. Chad was great with the financial details. He explained the various options very well so it was easy to understand so I could make the decisions that were good for me and my budget. Sales manager Andy let me know that my loyalty to this dealership is appreciated and that they value my business. These guys do all of the right things to keep me coming back. More

I recently purchased an Insight from this dealership and I would say that overall the experience was very pleasant. The entire staff, from entering the building, through the purchase was very kind. I do feel like I may have been able to get better prices elsewhere but my desire to own the vehicle outweighed my decision to seriously consider purchasing a vehicle elsewhere or attempting to negotiate a better price. From the time we drove on the lot, it was a different enviroment than any other dealship I have visited. No pressure!!! Help if you needed it, browse as much as you like, independently or with a representive. Your choice. Large selection to look at. Fair pricing and fair value for your trade. No nonsense with the negotiation on final pricing. Forest, our sales consultant, answered any questions we had and alowed us to browse and test drive what ever we wanted. Andy, as new car manager, assisted without any intrusion on Forest's dealings with us. We were so impressed with the services we were receiving, we quickly decided not to even shop elsewhere. On the spot we decided we were buying from Honda of Lincoln and assisted our daughter with a selection of a Honda and purchased two cars instead of one. We were not looking for a particular make or model. We wanted a good vehicle with a good price and a dealship we were pleased with. We found all of that at Honda of Lincoln. The next step was with the sales consultant Chad. Chad was very through in making sure we fully understood all of the options with financing, extended service, and warranty. After the sale was final, we were not handed the keys and sent on our way. Since the vehicles came off of the lot they needed to be brought in for a through prep for final delivery. During that process a small imperfection was discovered in the bumper of the car that my daughter had purchased. Everyone was very apologetic and rather than to set a future appointment to bring the vehicle back in, we were asked to take a courtesy vehicle and we would be called when the vehicle could be picked up. The next day we were contacted and the vehicle was delivered to my daughter's work by Forest. He spent whatever time my daughter needed as he fully aquainted her with operating and safety features of the vehicle. He left in the courtesy vehicle with assurance if there were any issues or we had any questions, do not hesitate to contact any member at Honda of Lincoln. Within the next 24 hours we have received a follow up phone call and electronic messages thanking us for choosing Honda of Lincoln and reassurance that they are at our service if needed. I tend to take good care of my cars so they usually last a long time. But when the time comes...I will be shopping at Honda of Lincoln. My wife and I needed a new vehicle and Honda of Lincoln were incredibly helpful. We had gone through Bankruptcy a few months prior due to unemployment. John and Chad worked with us so we were able to get into a certified used Honda. We really needed a reliable vehicle but were afraid of what our credit may be. Chad was especially helpful in this department as he was able to give us a plan that was within our budget. If it was possible to give all 6's in the above rating system I would. Honda of Lincoln not only sells some of the best cars on the market, but in my opinion it also employs some of the most helpful and honest employees around. Excellent experience. The next time we are in the market for another vehicle, there is only one place we will go to! More
