He listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow our choices down to the Accord and CR-V. He showed us a model of each explaining the options inside and out and functionality of the I-MID which is new since we last purchased a vehicle. After deciding on the accord he introduced us to Andy Goodyear and they gave us price and option packages with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When we did go in to make the purchase we met with Chad Erwin in finance who was fantastic to work with and explained the financing, warranty coverage and options. Overall we had a very good experience from start to finish. All the staff we worked with were professional and made the car buying experience enjoyable, which is the way it should be. Amazing buying experience When I first looked at the car I wanted the salesman didn't feel right to me. I had a follow up call from customer service the next day. The next time I went in the experience was totally different. The first sales person I talked to was great. Even though I wanted a car that was hard to get he worked with me. Before I left the sales manager talked to me and said he'd try to find the car I wanted. A text the next day confirmed how hard and fast he'd worked. After 18 phone calls to dealerships he found the car I wanted and agreed to the price I asked for. The car was delivered on my time schedule. When I picked it up I had all the help I wanted figuring out how to use the electronic equipment. If I still have questions I know I will be welcomed back. More

We entered Honda of Lincoln and Forest was quite helpful in this, our first look at a new Accord. A month later we began our search for a new car in earnest. We asked for on-line quotes from Honda.com, that was disappointing results, We then had phone calls and emails that got us to the ballpark of pricing. Finally we took stock of where we were and worked with Forest Dickerson again, along with support from Andy Goodyear and Justin Wiley. All in all, we had smiles through most of this final process and no bad feelings. We believe that we were dealt with honestly and courteously. More
