Ours salesman Andy was very upfront and helpful , the finance department worked really hard to get us a low rate and a payment we were ha Frankfort. The entire experience with Andy in sales, Mario at aftermarket accessories , even to Derek with the finance dept was amazing. Being there did not feel like I was in a dealership at all. No one tried aftermarket accessories , even to Derek with the finance dept was amazing. Being there did not feel like I was in a dealership at all. No one tried to upswell me. Everyone was very genuine as well as offered the best deal around. I will not be using any other dealers except Currie ford from now on. My family has been using them for years and I gave them a try and now I see what they meant. Thank you Currie ford, I love my new f150! Merry Christmas! More

The salesman Andy Hamda was friendly professional. The general manager Ali Rafati was a complete jerk. During the price negotiations he walked up and said the car was sold and the deal was off. The absolute WORST dealership I have EVER done business with! Our original salesman was new and young so we primarily dealt with managers...they are huge time wasters and then when it comes to servicing t with! Our original salesman was new and young so we primarily dealt with managers...they are huge time wasters and then when it comes to servicing the few MINOR issues before delivery, the service department wasted our time also. Purchased a dealer demo car "it has a recall so we can not deliver until recall is done" Ok, so we gave it 2 weeks for the part to come in and get installed. In the meantime, can you please change the oil (we purchased at 4500 miles so it's gonna be due soon) and can you please shampoo the seat with the spilled milk stain and repair the weather strip that's flopping by the back door, "Sure! We can do all of that for you while we are waiting for part for the recall" We were called that it was ready for pick up and that they did all the requests the salesman asked for... went to pick up car the next day and the only thing they did was the recall...it wasn't even washed and prepped for a normal car sale!! Made ANOTHER appointment to get the remaining items worked on (since they were promised as part of the sale) plus an addition service since the light above license plate was damaged from recall repair... went back for those things and they still could not complete due to now needing to order a part....part comes in, we make appointment and was told no more than 2 hours to repair so no need to get loaner car. I go in for the 2 hour repair and am told that it will take at least 4 hours to repair but we don't have any loaners to give you!!!! I am so done with this place at this point. 5 trips to dealer, 8+ hours total for sale and now can't get the service completed! I WILL NEVER do business with Currie again! More
