Purchase of a new Honda Pilot Andy Herbert was very friendly and informative and non pressuring. He made the car buying experience enjoyable. We met with him on 3 different occasions and he was more than willing to spend time with us, show options, explain features, and discuss our buying options. He was very kid friendly and struck up a good conversation with our two younger girls. They enjoyed going back to see Mr. Andy and we all felt very good about our purchase. More

Terrible Customer Service - Do not go here I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from this dealership and paid a premium for the President Club which is supposed to get me elite support and customer I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey from this dealership and paid a premium for the President Club which is supposed to get me elite support and customer service. I also paid extra to get the extended warranty, interior protection and financed my vehicle with them. Within 4 days the Radio screen stopped working and went black. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and they tried resetting it. The problem returned immediately. I scheduled another visit which they canceled the day of because they did not have a rental for me. When I did go back, they gave me .a tiny Honda Civic as my rental ( Which is unusable for a Family of 4. The President Club is suppose to always guarantee you an equal or greater size vehicle). They replaced the radio unit and I picked up my vehicle a week later. I had been told 3 days but the part was delayed shipping. My vehicle had been left outside and was covered in Pollen. Apparently it is their policy not to wash the vehicle unless you ask. When I got home, I noticed the front driver Airbag had not been correctly attached which is a huge safety hazard. Also, my vent mounted cell phone holder was missing. I called and asked and no one was able to find it. In addition the screen and stereo were still not fixed. I was told that the issue is a known problem and it cannot be fixed but it may be fixed during a future software update. I was stuck with a brand new vehicle that the radio occasionally doesn't work and has intermittent screen issues. I had to take my car back to get the airbag safety issue fixed and they returned it to me dirty once again. I asked them if I could cancel my President Club membership because I did not feel comfortable taking my car to service department that lost my property, could not fix the issue that was wrong and did not correctly assemble my airbag before they returned it to me. I was told it is against their company policy. After going in to speak to the ownership, I was offered the 12 dollars to replace the air vent but they refused to cancel the President Clubs membership. The logic was that by forcing me to return for oil changes and service, I may eventually buy more service from them. I informed them I would no longer be a customer of theirs and it was insinuated to me that they had heard that before and I would probably be back. I will no longer by from this dealership and I recommend you stay away. I realize that mistakes can happen and was very patient the entire time and gave them many chances. I did not write any reviews until my final meeting hoping that someone would do anything to help me or make up for all the stress these issues have caused. Issues I paid a premium to get a new vehicle to avoid. If they had been willing to work with me or refund me my money, for a I service I never used, I would be happy but unfortunately that was not the case. The worst part is that the original Salesperson Andy did a great job helping us pick the car and his manager Richmond tried very hard to help us but ownership was unwilling to budge on their "policy". More

Their service department was excellent and staff more than willing to make the customer happy. Jim Coleman's goal of putting the customer first resulted in my purchases of a 2013 Honda Accord and recently a 2018 Honda Accord from Jim Coleman. I have and will continue to use Jim Coleman to service my vehicles because of the excellent staff of mechanics and technicians. The sales personnel, especially Andrew Herbert, who handled the sale of my 2018 Honda ensured the process went smoothly and without any issues. He looked out for my interests as the customer. More

DO NOT buy your Honda here I bought a brand new CRV that turned out to have a defective windshield. When they replaced the windshield they scratched the car, chipped the paint, I bought a brand new CRV that turned out to have a defective windshield. When they replaced the windshield they scratched the car, chipped the paint, got grease on the interior, left glass in the car, damaged the cowl top around the windshield and didn't seal it correctly. They tried to fix it by gluing the damaged cowl top to the windshield. They reseated the windshield, chipping it in the process. I made more than a dozen trips to the dealership trying to get them to make my new car right. They lied to me, didn't return my calls and made unkept promises to reimburse me for the damage to the car and my time. I bought a maintenance package which I never used the package and never will. I will never allow them to work on my car agin and I will never return to this dealership. They refused to refund the price of the maintenance package or to pay for the damage they did to my car. I still have a chips in the windshield and the chip in the paint covered with touch up paint. Buy your Honda at O'Donnells or any place but here. Not a reputable dealer. More

Andy(Herbert) originally helped me with a lease prior to getting my new HRV. The transition was smooth on the outside, but I know there were a lot of folks working really hard to make that deal possible. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and will be back for an upgrade in a few years. recently came in for routine maintenance and Purvis Burke took the reigns and ran with taking care of my car. It's this type of professionalism and care that brings return sales and service. Great job everyone! More
