From the minute we contacted Benz & Beemers early yesterday on a Saturday morning 7/25/2026 Andy responded in less than 30 minutes that the car we were interested in was available. He followed up with a time to test drive the car, took it out of inventory and parked in the shade, ( we're in Arizona in July...HOT!) We arrived to meet Andy with car running, A/C on, and away we went after a detailed explanation of all the bells & whistles! That was @ 9:00 am & we purchased the BMW 530i and we were home by 12:30! That included driving back home 30 minutes away to go get my old Mercedes SL 550 to trade in....lol. Andy is the consummate professional. Attentative to all our questions, and made this transaction one of the most easy ones in car buying that I've ever had & I've been buying cars for over 50 years! The team @ Benz & Beemers was just as good as Andy. Real Pro's, NO xx. In and out like it should be. No hidden cost add's....Just a great experience! I purchased a 2023 BMW i4 from Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale, Arizona. The vehicle was shipped to Illinois. When it arrived, I discovered damage that included: • Chipped/cracked windshield (replac Scottsdale, Arizona. The vehicle was shipped to Illinois. When it arrived, I discovered damage that included: • Chipped/cracked windshield (replacement estimate: $1,292) • Damage to the driver's door (repair estimate: $1,943) • Damage to the deck lid/trunk (repair estimate: $2,148) I obtained independent written estimates totaling more than $5,300. I asked the dealership to repair the damage, but they declined. I expected a dealership selling premium vehicles to stand behind what they sell. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in repair costs immediately after delivery. We had face to face meeting, and David James the General Sales Manager personally stated he would pay for the dent and coordinate the repair claim thru the transport company for the scratch dent... then I provided the estimated and he completely changed his position and would not pay for the repairs. I have all of the purchase documents, photographs, and independent repair estimates to support this review. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
