My reason to rate CBB only four stars is because of the error they made on my loan. I had a certificate with Colorado Credit Union which I shared all the details of and they signed me up to a loan at Credit Union of Colorado a completely different lender at a different rate. The mess on the back end for me to fix and refinance. That was disappointing to me from Chris the business manager I dealt with. Hope he learns from this mistake I would highly recommend Andy to anyone! More

Andy called me promptly after I filled out being interested in a vehicle on the lot. Sent me photos videos and helped me step by step with the finance process to get it taken care of before I went i interested in a vehicle on the lot. My experience with Andrew Manahl and certified Benz and Beamer in Scottsdale Arizona was extremely pleasant. I had never considered purchasing a car over the Internet before – and certainly not one as e Beamer in Scottsdale Arizona was extremely pleasant. I had never considered purchasing a car over the Internet before – and certainly not one as expensive as the preowned 2024 BMW I bought recently. Andrew was extremely responsive and informative from the beginning and also was very careful to make sure that I was informed and felt very comfortable. How about the purchase at every step of the process. There were several personalized thorough walk around inspections of the car. Andrew pointed out the one almost on noticeable tiny paint blob. So small I don’t think I would’ve noticed it myself. But he made sure to point it out to me. Responded near instantly to every text I sent. Arranged for shipment of my car prayer for purchase – delivered to my office the day after the purchase was complete – all the way from Scottsdale, Arizona to Dallas, Texas. The car arrived in perfect condition. I have never in 40 years of buying cars had a better experience with a salesman. The business and finance team at CBB were likewise, very responsive and very professional. Every aspect of the paperwork and money transfer was him very quickly and very smoothly. I don’t know if other dealers that sell vehicles over the Internet are trustworthy and professional. But I recommend certified Benz and Beamer and salesman Andrew Manahl without any reservation at all. More
