The entire process was smooth, and they made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Mike was always available to answer my questions, whether by text or phone call, no matter when I reached out. I had actually been searching for a Mercedes-AMG E63 for about three months. At one point, I was in Florida pursuing a different car that ended up falling through. Then I got a call from Arizona about a vehicle I had been watching. After taking a closer look, I realized it was exactly what I had been searching for. Despite being over 1,300 miles away, Mike and his team made everything incredibly easy. They provided detailed videos of the car, pointed out any imperfections (which were minimal), and really went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident in my decision. That level of effort and transparency is what ultimately led me to move forward with the purchase. I truly appreciate all the hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude from everyone involved. 2nd purchase from Andy Manahl at Benz and Beemer! I reached out when I was first looking for a new car, they didn't have what I wanted but the minute they knew my car was coming onto their lot, Andy I reached out when I was first looking for a new car, they didn't have what I wanted but the minute they knew my car was coming onto their lot, Andy reached out and said he found my car! He hit it out of the park! My new car was exactly what I was looking for at a great price even after paying the shipping costs. They made the entire transaction so smooth and easy I was able to purchase it while I was away on vacation in Aruba! Put a deposit on the car, filled out preliminary paperwork and transferred balance of the payment when we got home! Car arrived less than a week later from Arizona to Pennsylvania! This car is fabulous! So happy! I'll buy my next car from them too! More
