Their commitment, particularly that of Andy Manahl, to providing excellent customer service, was and is off the chart. There was not a question I had, or request imposed, which was not addressed to my total satisfaction. My particular transaction involved an out of state purchase with delivery to the state where I reside. There was not one aspect of my purchase, including the logistics associated with delivery of my vehicle from Arizona to Ohio, which was not fully explained to me. I really cannot say enough great things about this dealership and particularly Andy Manahl. More

Where do I begin— I can’t say enough great things about this dealership, Certified Benz & Beemer. The entire process was smooth, and they made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. Mike was always available to answer my questions, whether by text or phone call, no matter when I reached out. I had actually been searching for a Mercedes-AMG E63 for about three months. At one point, I was in Florida pursuing a different car that ended up falling through. Then I got a call from Arizona about a vehicle I had been watching. After taking a closer look, I realized it was exactly what I had been searching for. Despite being over 1,300 miles away, Mike and his team made everything incredibly easy. They provided detailed videos of the car, pointed out any imperfections (which were minimal), and really went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident in my decision. That level of effort and transparency is what ultimately led me to move forward with the purchase. I truly appreciate all the hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude from everyone involved.
