I highly recommend Rene and Walter's to anyone looking for a purchase or lease. I should also like to recommend Andy Towns, my Finance rep, who made the necessary paperwork move along smoothly an efficiently. More

From the beginning we were treated with respect and all of our questions were answered. Alin, was very thorough even though we were indecisive on color and even model. Alin took the time to show us every color and let us look at the vehicles without pressure. Emil, the sales manager came out to talk to us as everyone knew we were not planning on purchasing on this visit. He was very straightforward with our trade in and the price his offered was extremely competitive. As a team, these two took great care of us and made sure we got a great deal and were 100% satisfied. I would refer both of these two gentlemen to anyone looking into Mercedes. At this point, we went to sign paperwork and this is when we were introduced to Andy Towns. Andy was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful with paperwork. Also Andy took the worst part of buying a car (100 papers to sign) painless and quick. Andy gave paper and markers to our 5 year old so he could color while we signed paperwork. Fast forward a couple days. My wife loves her car but now I have to convince her to leave it at the dealer for a few days to install some 3M film and fix a paint chip on the hood. Came on to Apolo on service. He took great care of us. Made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond. Apolo also helped my wife with the car seat while I was at work. These guys are awesome and we truly appreciate them. I cannot day enough great things about everyone we have come in contact with. Everyone was been helpful. More

Customer Service and Sales is a problem! I got a 2017 Mercedes E-CLASS 300 Certified Pre-Owned from this location. BTW, this is my first time buying from this location and Walters, and probab I got a 2017 Mercedes E-CLASS 300 Certified Pre-Owned from this location. BTW, this is my first time buying from this location and Walters, and probably my last. I had read some good reviews from the web about Walters so I thought I will give it a shot. I am going to keep the sales associate information private here because I don’t think he has anything to do with it. It's probably just the way they deal with customers. The experience from the start was not pleasant at all. Apart from the back and forth on negotiation, which, is expected, I wasn't even given a clean car to go home with. That is just bad!!! They kept on backing out on their own numbers while negotiating. Which is weird, but I accepted it as a non-issue. In any event, the tire pressure was not adjusted when they handed me the car, to a point that on my drive back home I had to fill in air in my tires while it was raining. I had to clean the car myself because it was dirty from inside. My wife asked me on first look of the car if the dealer even bothered to clean the car at all. Okay, that is not it. I noticed that there are slight bumps on the side of my car, the driver side door. Which, they didn't even mention. Mind you this is a certified pre-owned 2017 Mercedes E 300. When I got the problem to their attention, I was told to bring the car in the next time so they can take care of it. I bring the car to the dealership again after a week to realize that they couldn't completely get rid of the bumps. I was promised a detailed car wash because I didn't get one the time, I got the car, that didn't happen either. I was told that the wait is an hour or more to get one. Would they ask me to wait if I was buying the car that day? probably not. I don’t think they put any efforts to at least pretend that they were trying to take care of me and my concerns. I have been a Mercedes owner for close to 8 years now and have traded and got new/pre-owned Mercedes from other Mercedes dealer, but never had this kind of experience before. My wife, friends, family and in my professional network many people drive a Mercedes, but we never had such bad buying experience. In retrospect, this location is big, maybe too big for my needs and that maybe my fault of doing business with them. They maybe the best in Riverside, but I don’t think I am going to recommend anyone to Walters for their Mercedes needs. It's best that I look at other Mercedes dealers for the regular servicing of my Mercedes because I am afraid that their careless attitude can possibly damage my vehicle. If you are desperate to get a Mercedes and don’t care about customer service, the state of the vehicle you buy, and they are giving you a *fair* deal then maybe Walters can fit the bill. If not, there are other Mercedes dealers 20-30 miles from this location which are probably much better than this one. They have got to focus on their customer service and experience to facilitate new and repeat business. More

Rick Akigbe was extremely helpful! I didn’t intend on leasing another Mercedes because the service I had at the Ontario Mercedes dealership was absolutely horrible. My husband convince me to give Walters dealership a try. As soon as we walked in, Rick assisted us. He was very informative, patient, and friendly. As soon as we settled in a few vehicles, he diligently worked and was able to get me into my new car within 4 hours. Side note, being that I didn’t intend on getting another lease with Mercedes, I didn’t drive in my car so Rick Offered to come to my house to pick up my old vehicle. Bryan and Andy were awesome too! More

Excellent service, loved our sales rep, great financing Last Friday my husband and I wanted to test drive a few different models of luxury cars to see what we liked and narrow down the our choices as we wer Last Friday my husband and I wanted to test drive a few different models of luxury cars to see what we liked and narrow down the our choices as we were interested in purchasing a new car before the end of the year. We stopped in at Walter’s Mercedes in Riverside. It was our second stop of the day and we were planning to test drive and then move on. Dina Backer approach us and asked what we were looking for. She took us upstairs where the new cars are kept and showed us a couple that met our criteria. She offered to take us on a test drive. I instantly fell in love with the Mercedes that we were looking at. On the test drive Dina pointed out a lot of the luxury features and options on the car and knew a lot about car that we were interested in. When we got back to the showroom Dina took us to her desk and asked us what it would take to get our business. My husband started talking seriously with her about purchasing the car. Dina was so professional, she was not too pushy but yet she conveyed that she was willing to do whatever she could to win our business. I really liked the way Dina gave us space to talk, but was aggressive enough to push the sale forward. I would give Dina a ten on a scale of one to ten. After we negotiated a bit we were able to settle on a great price then Dina escorted us upstairs to financing. We were assisted in the finance department by Andy Towns. He was also very professional, not pushy. He did offer us a few add on items like a discount on future services, etc. After financing was in place we were again greeted downstairs by Dina Backer who took the time to sit with us in our new car and explain every feature, button and option on the car. It was a lot of information, but I’m very glad she took the time to go over it all. Even though there was a lot I probably didn’t retain at least I have a general idea of all the features and where I can access them on the car. Dina knew that Mercedes inside and out. When our car was delivered to us there was full tank of gas, a giant bow on the hood, and the car was completely detailed. I was very impressed. Perhaps the most impressive thing that Dina did for us was to reach out the next day to see how we were liking the car and to answer any additional questions. She even sent me a link for instructions on how to program my garage door to the car. She gave me her cell number and told me that she available for questions or concerns at any time. I highly recommend Dina Backer. If you are looking for a new Mercedes be sure to ask for her, you won’t be disappointed in her attentive service. More

I was interested in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned GLE. I visited the dealership, met Raul, Bryan and Andrew. I went on a test drive in a 2016 GLE, with Andrew. Since, I could not decide whether I wanted to purchase a 2016. I told Andrew I would like to talk with my husband. Andrew did a video of the vehicles’ exterior, interior, and all the options; for my husband to view, then emailed it to me. My husband and I went to the dealership on Oct 6, 2018, after receiving an email regarding a 2018 GLE. Once I got there I could not decide whether I wanted a GLE or GLC. Andrew suggested we test drive both. Andrew and Raul spent most of the day with my husband and I; explaining the features of both SUV’s. After, I decided on the GLE, I could not decide between the black or gray, Andrew had both vehicles brought to the front. Andrew is an outstanding Salesman. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient . Most of all , he was patient, I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Raul was always professional and personable. Was able to answer all my questions. On the day of my purchase.; Raul, called me to make sure I made it home okay, and stated is was okay to call him anytime if I had any questions. No one has ever called me or extend their services, after purchasing a vehicle. Andy Towns was thorough and efficient, all the paper work was completed in less the 30 minutes. This was the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. I came in to lease a CLA250 and after a couple hours, I drove back home with my awesome new car! Mike Sales was fast, diligent and patient. I was really relieved and impressed compared to the other dealerships I went to. I followed my gut coming to Riverside from LA and I am glad I did. Mike was able to beat all the prices I was quoted elsewhere and just made the whole process seamless. He is truly a great asset to this dealership and I will not be going to anyone else when it comes to purchasing or leases another Mercedes. This dealership is fair and will help you get into your new vehicle at a GREAT price!! More
