Good experience except for it took almost three hours to get my car back. I have gotten used to around two hours for service visits to complete. I’ve been buying my cars from this dealership since 2004. The staff is friendly and helpful. Buying a car seems to always be a long process that involves a lot of haggling. I don’t enjoy haggling.
