Service is great, only issue I had was with my service advisor. I knew I had to drop my car off and that it would take a couple days to fix. The only issue I had was when my advisor wouldn’t answer the ph advisor. I knew I had to drop my car off and that it would take a couple days to fix. The only issue I had was when my advisor wouldn’t answer the phone, or call me to give my updates. All I wanted was to check the status on my vehicle and he wouldn’t call me back or answer when I called him, everytime service tried to direct me to him he wouldn’t be at his desk, and I was told I’d get a call back asap. Other than that service is great keep your car clean and gives it to you in the best condition. More

Horrible. Put a deposit down for car, didn't tell me how I was getting back. I had to call and find out I was getting a a check back. Upcharged me for trade in Put a deposit down for car, didn't tell me how I was getting back. I had to call and find out I was getting a a check back. Upcharged me for trade in and gave me less than what my car was worth. Does not return calls. Unable to get ahold of dealer who facilitated trade. They pretend to be nice but then avoid you. Took my business to another dealer. Do not buy or trade cars there and do not bother getting service done. They also never answer the phone. You are forwarded to an answering service. More
