The dealership promotes a $99 oil change special on their website .When my husband picked up my car for me he didn’t realize that you had to specifically ask for the special that was still going on (expires website .When my husband picked up my car for me he didn’t realize that you had to specifically ask for the special that was still going on (expires 01/31/2026) so when he checked out they charged him the full price $171.00. Shelly and Tania both reached out to me to make it right. Shelly gave me a credit towards my next oil change . I was very happy with the customer service I received . More

Very professional, however very, very, very disappointed. Had tires rotated and the now my tire pressure monitor needs to be replaced. It worked fine prior to the service.
