I'm very disappointed as I took delivery of my 2021 Lexus 300h Hybrid that was dealer transferred from another dealership and the vehicle was dirty inside and out. When I was called and told that the vehicle was ready, I asked the Service Writer if they had detailed the vehicle and he assured me that my car, in fact, had been detailed. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the vehicle still was filthy on the inside. I'm very disappointed. More
