I'm very disappointed as I took delivery of my 2021 Lexus 300h Hybrid that was dealer transferred from another dealership and the vehicle was dirty inside and out. I was promised that it would be detailed when I brought it in for the first service, and I made the service writer aware of this, and he said it would be taken care of. When I was called and told that the vehicle was ready, I asked the Service Writer if they had detailed the vehicle and he assured me that my car, in fact, had been detailed. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the vehicle still was filthy on the inside. I'm very disappointed. More

The young lady handling the closing this time was also excellent telling me that Northside Lexus really works hard at developing their people. I can not say the same for Lexus Financial Services. They are a debit to this fine organization. Lexus Financial Services insults their customers by demanding cashiers checks and questioning whether I might be "bankrupt" I take that as an insult! I also find "Roadside Assistance" to be not good after their very poor level of service associated with an accident this summer in Colorado. More
