Anita helped me immensely with setting up the Android Auto App in my new car--a process I would probably still be setting up if I was on my own. Jordan Ogle, the Finance Director, helped me as much as he could help the victim of identity theft who hasn't had a credit card in 10 years. I may decide to apply for a credit card one of these days, but I own a house without a mortgage and I paid for my car with cash, so who needs a credit card? I am a rugged individualist and I refuse to become part of "the man's" machine. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the staff at Paramount Kia of Asheville and boring them with tales of my formerly very exciting life. Micheal, in my opinion, is the epitome of how a salesperson should conduct themselves during a sale. He was kind, patient, understanding, and patient with our questions and at times our indecisiveness. He provided us with the right amount of information and encouragement to guide us to the correct decision about our purchase. If he is not already in a leadership position, he should be.
