Service is excellent. Purchasing a new car was not great. I purchased from another dealer after working with Ann for 3-4 weeks. I did not think she listened to me and tried to sell me something else. Quality Subaru is like family We just picked up our second Subaru vehicle from Quality Subaru. Everyone on the Quality Team made the experience of returning our first vehicle, choo We just picked up our second Subaru vehicle from Quality Subaru. Everyone on the Quality Team made the experience of returning our first vehicle, choosing our new vehicle, etc. as easy as possible. In the 3 years we had our first Subaru (2017 Crosstrek) I had only positive experiences with Quality Subaru and cannot imagine going anywhere else for a car in the future. They truly work as a team and they go above and beyond for their customers in every way. More

I had visited another dealership prior to coming to Quality Subaru and was turned off by the pushiness and aggressiveness of the sales associates. I dealt with Steve Canada at Quality Subaru and he was so professional and accommodating to my needs in a new vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle was prepared for a test ride and Steve came along and answered all of my questions accurately and thoroughly. Steve made my first car buying experience short, sweet, and to the point and I cannot thank him enough for hooking me up with my dream car! More

Happy New Subaru Owner When it was time to buy a new car and after deciding to buy a Subaru, we took a trip to Quality Subaru one Saturday just to start looking and seeing w When it was time to buy a new car and after deciding to buy a Subaru, we took a trip to Quality Subaru one Saturday just to start looking and seeing what our options were. We met with Ann Brooks first (sweetest woman) who connected us with Jason Jarkes. Jason took us on a test drive in an Outback. He was incredibly knowledgable in what the car was equipped with and what the car could offer us. It never seemed like a sales pitch or that he was reading off of an info sheet. He knew that we were in the preliminary stages and didn't make us feel like there was any pressure to go sit down and "talk numbers" with him. After that, we shopped around a little and went to a couple of different dealers. Each time we met a new dealer we said we wish we were buying from Jason. After a week or so of some bad experiences and some unfriendly dealers and almost buying a car that wasn't a good fit for us, we went back to Jason. Jason made the process so easy and stress free. We test drove some more cars and he got us in the PERFECT Outback. His professionalism and personality made the whole process fun and less daunting. We feel like we gained a friend in the whole process. It wasn't just Jason, but everyone at Quality is incredibly friendly and helpful and I'm happy we bought our car there. I highly recommend Jason and everyone else at Quality Subaru! More
