I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from Exeter Subaru. The showroom was closed due to the Coronavirus, but the modified experience was great. I usually dread going to a dealership to purchase a car. Exeter Subaru made the experience actually fun. There was no pressure to get anything done and no fear tactics when I left, without buying that day, I returned the following day drove the car a second time, in better weather, and decided to buy during the second drive. The purchasing was fair and relatively open, the sales person, Ann Italia, did a lot of walking between the parking lot and the sales manager. We came to a deal and I drove the car home that day. The deal included replacing the basic rear view mirror with an auto dimming one. The service department made that happen quickly and efficiently. I have had the car 5 days and love it. More
