He does not use any high-pressure sales tactics and was fully attentive to our questions, especially those surrounding the technology and security features on today's Subaru's. He was always willing to communicate via email, text, and phone. Dustin was very kind and made us feel very relaxed as we discussed the extended warranty and maintenance contracts. He explained the coverages and benefits in detail without applying pressure for us to make a hurried decision. Annie was very helpful in reaching out to the Service team with a question we had regarding our three power outlets as they seemed to be non-functional. Ryan (tech) came out to our car and immediately began troubleshooting the issue. After several tests (and a few blown fuses), and with Ryan's help and motivation, we discovered that, while our single-port phone charger worked flawlessly, our dual-port phone charger was causing a problem. (Full disclosure: the dual-port car charger does work well in our 3 other vehicles, ranging from 2000-2003.) Overall, each staff member mentioned above was very professional, kind, knowledgable, helpful, personable, and took the time to answer all of our numerous questions. We are very satisfied customers. Reneging on terms of court settlement I called Subaru to confirm my 2014 Subaru Forester was part of this settlement. Yep you are covered they said. They did not clear it with the Servic I called Subaru to confirm my 2014 Subaru Forester was part of this settlement. Yep you are covered they said. They did not clear it with the Service Manager at Dean Team though, Jeff Price, let me know that they were not in the business of giving away free oil changes and I'm not eligible. Well that wasn't a good start so I asked him to call Subaru to confirm this is part of a SETTLEMENT. He wouldn't, I was trying to scam them. I ended up talking to one of the Dean family. They had to tell Jeff that if the owners wanted to do this and Subaru wanted to do this then Jeff's opinion didn't matter. Well he started the oil test after being dressed down and sheepishly apologized after Subaru confirmed I was right all along. The oil test is drive 1200 miles and come back and they would see how much oil was used. When I came back the oil was low but Jeff quickly told me it wasn't a problem. I would have to lose a quart of oil during this 1200 miles to be eligible for the repair and I had only lost one ounce. How do you know how much I lost was my foolish question thinking this was some kind of scientific test. We looked at the dip stick was the reply. And you can tell how many ounces of oil I lost from the dipstick? Yep, we are specially trained said Jeff. Another call to Subaru, Jeff isn't right. It isn't a quart of oil in 1200 miles it is one third of a quart. I offered to send my video to Subaru of checking the oil myself that day but Subaru indicates it can only be verified by one of the exceptional service managers, no other means of getting the repair other than have someone like Jeff confirm that their is a problem. So my car has dropped two quart of oil in the last 6 thousand miles but I'm screwed because the courts can have judgments but they aren't going to work unless Jeff says so. A complete waste of my time, frustration beyond words. Don't buy your car from them like I did, don't have your car serviced by them like I did and don't trust the class action lawsuit like I did. More

Great Service I've been to a couple Subaru dealerships in my area and Dean Team is by far the best. I had some routine maintenance scheduled along with a couple add I've been to a couple Subaru dealerships in my area and Dean Team is by far the best. I had some routine maintenance scheduled along with a couple additional issues to be resolved. The scheduling process was extremely simple and the services were quick and professional. There was one remaining issue after the initial service that required an additional part. Subaru provided the part to Dean Team and after working, on different occasions, with Eric, Jeff, and Annie to get updates on the part and scheduling my appointment, they were able to resolve my issue at no additional cost to me within two weeks. More

Went to The Dean Team location an Our steering wheel in the Outback would not lock in place and we were planning a trip to a graduation in three days. Went to The Dean Team location and talked with Service Adviser Annie Thompson on Monday. Investigation of my problem indicated we had to have the steering column replaced!. Annie assured me that they could get it completed so we could make our trip. They provided me with a loaner (2018 Forester, Limited with less than 2000 miles on the odometer. Our Outback was ready Thursday at noon. The Dean Team and their people will have all my business from now on. Checking my records, it turns out that I had purchased my first Subaru from them some years ago before we moved to Arizona and then Texas. We are now back in Missouri. And the Invoice stated "replace as one time good will." Fantastic. Thank you Dean Team. More

I am extremely impressed by the kindness and honesty of the employees there especially Tom Gould and Eric Harrelson. They have gone above and beyond to help get my car fixed. Jeff Price was also very helpful in that he kept me up to date on the progress of my car via text and phone calls. I feel very comfortable dealing with anyone at this dealership. Sometimes as a young(ish) female I can feel that I am being taken advantage of, but not here. They will do everything they can for you! More

We were torn between the Jetta and the Nissan Altima. After one visit with Richard we knew we wanted the Jetta. We also worked with Annie in Service and Jason in Finance. What a great team and we highly recommend Dean Team Volkswagen!! More

Out of town experience I was out of town and needed to have some recalls fixed on my car. They got me right in and took care of it. Service and Sales are personalized and a positive experience I owned a 2008 Subaru and then purchased a 2nd car, a VW a few years ago. I transferred servicing of both vehicles to Dean Team. Two days ago I trad I owned a 2008 Subaru and then purchased a 2nd car, a VW a few years ago. I transferred servicing of both vehicles to Dean Team. Two days ago I traded both in for a 2018 Outback!!!I Eric Harrelson, the supervisor in the Service Department, treats me like I am one of the family. He has been attentive, extremely helpful, and HONEST. In the rare times I needed to get a car into the shop very quickly, he has always accommodated my needs / request. If I leave him a message on his voice mail, he always returns my calls. Eric has given me excellent advice if issues arose with either car. When I told him I was thinking about trading in both cars and upgrading, he helped guide me through the initial process. John Ostlund is my salesman and he deserves an award for patience and preserverence. I started my search for a new vehicle in April and just drove home with my new Outback on 9/27/17. John answered ALL of my questions and NEVER pressured me. He explained, and re-explained, anything and everything I asked him. In short, I have consistently been treated with professionalism, respect, and personalized service. That helped me make my final decision because I have been treated so well and so fairly, I am thrilled to continue doing business with Dean Team. I do have to add that Annie Thompson in the Service Department also deserves a 5 Star rating from me, She has done an outstanding job working with me and I consider her a "friend". And of course Molly Dean who ALWAYS makes a point of greeting me and helping make me welcomed.
