Out of town experience I was out of town and needed to have some recalls fixed on my car. They got me right in and took care of it. They also went through my car and noticed I was out of town and needed to have some recalls fixed on my car. They got me right in and took care of it. They also went through my car and noticed I needed tires very badly. They put them on and when I went to pick up my car I was extremely happy with my bill. It was amazing service at an affordable price. Thank you Dean Team for taking care of my car! More

Service and Sales are personalized and a positive experience I owned a 2008 Subaru and then purchased a 2nd car, a VW a few years ago. I transferred servicing of both vehicles to Dean Team. Two days ago I trad I owned a 2008 Subaru and then purchased a 2nd car, a VW a few years ago. I transferred servicing of both vehicles to Dean Team. Two days ago I traded both in for a 2018 Outback!!!I Eric Harrelson, the supervisor in the Service Department, treats me like I am one of the family. He has been attentive, extremely helpful, and HONEST. In the rare times I needed to get a car into the shop very quickly, he has always accommodated my needs / request. If I leave him a message on his voice mail, he always returns my calls. Eric has given me excellent advice if issues arose with either car. When I told him I was thinking about trading in both cars and upgrading, he helped guide me through the initial process. John Ostlund is my salesman and he deserves an award for patience and preserverence. I started my search for a new vehicle in April and just drove home with my new Outback on 9/27/17. John answered ALL of my questions and NEVER pressured me. He explained, and re-explained, anything and everything I asked him. In short, I have consistently been treated with professionalism, respect, and personalized service. That helped me make my final decision because I have been treated so well and so fairly, I am thrilled to continue doing business with Dean Team. I do have to add that Annie Thompson in the Service Department also deserves a 5 Star rating from me, She has done an outstanding job working with me and I consider her a "friend". And of course Molly Dean who ALWAYS makes a point of greeting me and helping make me welcomed. In summary, I feel like I am much more than just "another customer" and am so very appreciative of my experience with Dean Team More

Customer Advocates The Dean Team worked hard to get my 2012 Impreza a new small block engine. The car had just passed 100,000 miles but thanks to the Dean Team document The Dean Team worked hard to get my 2012 Impreza a new small block engine. The car had just passed 100,000 miles but thanks to the Dean Team documenting all the service history they were able to show that the issue fell within the factory warranty extension. They even provided my wife with a new Outback to drive around for a week while the repairs were done and when I picked our car up the service associates helped me shift my kid's car seats and get them installed back in our car. Always a great experience there. I also have a 2017 Forester that I bought there I get all my work there. The complimentary car washes, coffee and snacks are nice touches as well. More

Very Positive experience, this time My recent experience with the Dean Team of Ballwin was great. This time was entirely different than a bad experience with them 6 years ago when I boug My recent experience with the Dean Team of Ballwin was great. This time was entirely different than a bad experience with them 6 years ago when I bought a new 2011 Golf TDI. I was hesitant to buy another car from them but they happened to have one I was interested in. This time around my experience has been great, all around, though I’d highlight that Jason Moore was very personable, responsive, and comfortable to negotiate with. I would recommend the Dean Team Subaru/Volkswagen of Ballwin to anyone. More

The perfect experience I've driven Subarus for some years now and have dealt with Dean Team in the past. My mother even bought a new outback from them last year. I've always had very good experiences and the sales manager Scott Roberts is second to none. I've always wanted to look at a Volkswagen and this is how I met Matt Hampton. Do yourself a favor and go talk to Matt before you go anywhere else. He will work tirelessly to find you exactly what you are looking for. He has got to be one of the most personable, hard-working, trustworthy people I've ever met and I will refer him to anyone and everyone I know regardless of the type of car they're looking for. Annie in service is great also, she took care of everything by wife's outback needed and in the time promised! More

My New 2017 Passat I was the proud owner of a great 2013 TDI Passat that was involved in the diesel buyback program and realized I needed another car when I turned it in I was the proud owner of a great 2013 TDI Passat that was involved in the diesel buyback program and realized I needed another car when I turned it in. I checked with Eric in service at The Dean Team where I have all my service done and he confirmed the 1.8 TSI engine in the Passat was very reliable. From there I went directly to the showroom and met with Richard Gotsch my new salesman. He was fantastic to work with along with Scott Roberts in getting me into another awesome Passat, a 2017 TSI. It is great to see a company improve on an all ready great vehicle, but it is truly the best car I have ever owned! The best part for me was having Richard spend the time going over all the features and new features of the car and answer all my questions before I left the lot. The Dean Team is a Great Team from sales to service and I plan to be with them a long time!!! More
