I am a long standing on going customer of DeanTeam. I had to stop in unannounced for an oil change service. Annie always greets me with the warmest smile and checked me in promptly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Annie didn’t hesitate to service my vehicle. All done in the same day even though they were really busy servicing other clients she made sure I was taken care of, btw I own a GM product and bring it to them b/c the staff is trained to service every make and model. Thanks for the Great service! Keep it up TeamDean!!! More

Not too much to say about the dealership itself but a lot to say about Annie who handled my vehicle in service department. I have never been so impressed by a service advisor and I have been driving cars sin to say about Annie who handled my vehicle in service department. I have never been so impressed by a service advisor and I have been driving cars since I was 14 with my permit. The level of quality she approached my vehicle with and the amount of care she gave me was highly impressive. Annie was kind, she communicated with me every step of the way, and made me feel confident that my vehicle would return to me in better condition than when I dropped it off!! More
